Konohamaru & Sasuke In The Labs

When Sasuke finally came to, he found himself in the middle of one of Orochimaru’s labs in the midst of the hideout before realizing with a shock, what had just happened to him before he woke up…

He had just been beaten up by Konohamaru Sarutobi of all people, all, while those other teammates of his watched on as well as Naruto, who had been dressed like a little kid cheering Konohamaru for reasons he didn’t know why yet, and also, why in the world, was Konohamaru that strong, to begin with?

Konohamaru wasn’t anyone of note when Sasuke had decided to leave the village and go with the Sound 4 to get to Orochimaru, just a snot-nosed brat hanging around Naruto, but seemingly now, Konohamaru had grown strong enough to beat him soundly, teleporting about with ease and able to nullify his Sharingan…

With a sense of horror deep within him, Sasuke quickly tried to channel some chakra to activate his Sharingan in order to try to see if he could only to find that he couldn’t, he didn’t have the chakra to do it, which shook him down to the very core of his being…

As he tried to come to terms with that, Sasuke soon looked around and saw that he wasn’t alone in one of the labs, Konohamaru was there, as was Naruto who was looking at Sasuke as well, along with a red-haired girl with glasses who was standing next to Naruto looking at Sasuke with an examining look in her eyes…

With that Sasuke soon turned his head to Konohamaru who soon spoke up and said, “Glad to see that you’re finally up, it took you a while to finally get up after that beating I had to give you” Sasuke found himself shaking a bit as Konohamaru said that, not knowing why he was so nervous around Konohamaru of all people but something in him felt like he had to fear him now…

Konohamaru saw this and continued, “We’ve been going around the base here, taking down all the labs and freeing up the people that are here and finding the connections to the other bases held by Orochimaru as well, making sure that the stuff here is either destroyed, reclaimed or otherwise liberated” as the girl with Naruto kept watching over him as Konohamaru said, “Udon and Moegi are currently looking around for more stuff in other labs with some of my clones which gives me quite the amount of time to help teach you your place now…”

Konohamaru stepped forward to Sasuke even more, making sure he was eye to eye with the Uchiha before saying, “You listen to me now Sasuke, the life you had before this is now over. When we get back to Konoha things will change drastically for you, for starters when we get back I am going to be adopting you into the Sarutobi Clan as my little brother, meaning you are no longer going to be an Uchiha from that point forward” as Sasuke’s eyes went wide at hearing that, no longer going to be an Uchiha?

As he thought about that, Konohamaru continued to speak, “Along with that, your status as a ninja is going to be revoked, this would have happened to you, either way, you came back to Konoha but you will be sent back to the Ninja Academy and have to relearn how to be a Ninja there, you’d be in Naruto’s class so at least you’d have a friend there as a classmate” as Sasuke’s eyes widened further, was that the explanation for why Naruto was dressed as he was? Did he lose his status as a ninja as well?

Konohamaru chuckled and said, “Considering the time that Naruto’s been having back at the Academy, you’ll probably be battling him for the Dead Last position there too! Though hopefully, you’ll be able to get some friends there to protect you from bullies!” as Sasuke eyed up Konohamaru with some nervousness in his eyes at this declaration and something deep within him beginning to reawaken…

Konohamaru could sense this as well within Sasuke and was doing his best to cultivate that as well soon saying, “From now on Sasuke, you are going to be a good little boy for me, I’m going to be your big brother from now on and reraise you into someone who could be a good ninja eventually, and I will not tolerate any bad behavior from you, in return, I will be a good big brother for you and take care of Itachi for you as well.” as Sasuke’s thoughts were racing through his head at these words from Konohamaru…

Would this really be the case, would he really find himself looking up to Konohamaru as a big brother? Something in those thoughts was really bringing the crybaby that Sasuke was before to the forefront, as Naruto and the red-haired girl watching from the side looked on in disbelief as Sasuke soon with tears in his eyes asked, “R-really?” with a feeling that Konohamaru would keep those words of his and live up to them beginning to fend off a part of Sasuke that wanted to be defiant and fight against this…

Konohamaru smirked in the way a confident big brother did, ruffling Sasuke’s hair and catching a thought in Sasuke’s head decided to poke Sasuke between the eyes making Sasuke quiver his lips and begin to cry wholeheartedly as Konohamaru said, “Really little bro!” as Naruto and the girl were stunned at this turn of events, Naruto and the girl both thinking the same thing, Was Sasuke really this much of a crybaby?

Konohamaru smirked at seeing Sasuke like this and said, “I will kill Itachi for you and when we get back to Konoha, then I’m gonna adopt you properly into my clan, how does being Sarutobi Sasuke sound? Certainly better than being Uchiha Sasuke from my point of view!” as Sasuke sniffled with tears in his eyes as he was beginning to come closer to that himself before soon saying, “It does sound good b-big brother…” as Naruto and the girl looked on in shock at how quickly Sasuke had submitted to Konohamaru…

Konohamaru indeed was a bit surprised at how quickly Sasuke had come around to this, but figured this was who Sasuke really was underneath the facade he made for himself, just a little crybaby with a big case of big brother worship and considering that he could tell that Sasuke was beginning to look up to Konohamaru already, he was already well on his way for that until he felt a clone of his dispel with the memories of that clone soon coming in…

When those memories came in of Udon and Moegi helping his clone in liberating several test subjects that Orochimaru had been using, particularly of one ninja who could transform into water and calming down a rather bipolar one of Orochimaru’s subjects and seeing them off, Konohamaru smirked to himself and said, “Well, looks like we’re almost done with clearing out these labs of everything in them, let’s get going out of here, shall we little brother?”

Sasuke smiled at that before letting his big brother help him up and said, “Yeah, let’s go big bro” as he was already clinging to Konohamaru as Naruto and the girl continued to look on, a little dumbfounded as well as Naruto soon rushed over to cling to Konohamaru as well, eyeing up Sasuke a bit oddly as Sasuke did the same to him…

With that between them and Konohamaru already thinking up ideas of new clothes fitting for Sasuke’s new position as his little brother, the new group of four began to leave that lab and head off to meet where Udon and Moegi had set up the meeting point…

During the long trip to the meeting point, several things occurred, First, Sasuke had gotten extra careful in trying not to anger the redhead his big bro had met during the search through these labs, her name was Karin and she had been a girl who Sasuke saved back at the Chunin Exams all those years ago and she was quite disappointed in Sasuke’s backslide but her anger and disappointment was quickly channeled into admiration for Konohamaru after Konohamaru had been able to quickly save Karin from some rampaging test subjects who were more animal than human after Orochimaru had gotten done with them…

That meant that Sasuke now needed to be on his best behavior around Karin and his new big brother who Karin referred to as Konohamaru-kun as Karin was a very scary woman girl at any disobedience from Sasuke which scared the little crybaby quite a bit, though for some reason Naruto was somewhat immune from her anger as apparently she had Uzumaki heritage in her and that made her and Naruto family which made Naruto also cling to her and Konohamaru, him often walking in between them as Sasuke clung to the other side of Konohamaru as they moved through the rest of the cleared base until they met Udon and Moegi outside of that base…

Once they all got together in the designated meeting area, a quick discussion between Konohamaru, Udon, Moegi and Karin (The adults of the group) as Naruto and Sasuke were made to sit aside and play quietly together as they come up with a plan of action to which Naruto in his own way was also helping Sasuke learn how to be a proper fanboy of Konohamaru as well…

However, that had to stop as soon enough Konohamaru said that they had made up their mind on where to go next and that they would be heading off to…
