I've recently joined a book club. A friend recommended it to me. Well, she recommended A book club, not this specific one. If she'd known what kind of books we read she probably would have sent me somewhere else, which I'm very glad she didn't. Because this book club is the best.

All of us here are girls, not just girls but SPG's. Most of the books we read are either about SPG's, written by SPG's or both. They also happen to be varying degrees of erotic. Most are slow and subtle, some are deeply passionate. Usually our chosen books are about relationships that do include sex, a lot of it, but where that is not the focus of the book. The relationship of the main characters is the focus, their passion and love for each other. We read about how a person changes during SP, their romantic and sexual relationships as well as platonic ones. Family, friendship, romance, sex.

The book we're reading now is odd though. Something about it feels off. Not wrong, no, the book is amazing. I've never been pulled into a story half as much as when I'm reading this thing. It's a real page-turner.
What I find odd about it is a growing collection of little details. The more of this book I read, the more one of the protagonists begins to resemble Emily. Emily is one of the girls who started the book club. With how much the protagonist resembles Emily, both in appearance and mannerisms, I'm curious whether wrote this book herself or if one of my fellow readers wrote it about her.

Whoever wrote it is good. I want her to write more. A lot more. Maybe it could become a series. I'm sure the author could write a book about every one of the members of our little group of very horny very literate SPG's.
