The final confrontation begins.

Confrontation: A doomed failure

Chapter 32 by pt3579 pt3579

After having dinner with Sherry, Fran decided to call you, but there was no signal, and she couldn't find a landline in the mansion. She was worried about you, but there was nothing more she could do.

She went back to the living room, where Sherry was looking through a family photo album on the sofa.

"Can I have a look, too?" Fran asked gently.

Sherry looked at Fran for a short moment, and she just nodded without saying a word. So Fran sat down beside her, and quietly looked through it with her.

The photos dated back to when both Sherry and Shannon were kids. They played with toys together, read books with Leonard together, and went to school in a car which Ben was driving together. The happy childhood shared by the two sisters stood in sharp contrast to the loneliness that was consuming Sherry now. I hope she can get through this, Fran couldn't help but pray.

She has stayed there with Sherry for several minutes until she heard a strange sound outside. It was like something had hit heavily on the front door. What could that be?

"I'll go check it out." Fran comforted the girl with a smile before she stood up and went out.

Sherry watched Fran leave with a blank expression. She had a bad feeling about what was going on, so she put down the album and quietly trailed behind Fran.

Fran arrived at the foyer and she was completely shocked. The front door of the mansion was shattered, and a man, naked, covered in blood, was standing right there.

"Who are you... What..." Fran became speechless after she processed what she was seeing. She was no fool. The sight before her was enough to convince her that this man was not what he looked like.

"Miss Evans, I didn't expect to see you here. I'm here to meet Sherry. I'm her boyfriend, Bruce." The man gave her a wicked smile while walking forward, "I'm sure she's home, right?"

"What do you want with her?" Fran cautiously stepped back to keep her distance. She was terrified, but she couldn't just run away, otherwise Sherry would be in danger.

"Bruce? What are you doing here?" Sherry came up behind Fran, and she was surprised to see him like this.

"Sherry, no! He's dangerous!" Fran stopped Sherry from going forward and shielded the girl behind her.

"They're coming to get you, Sherry. I can't let them, because you're mine." Bruce smiled calmly.

Suddenly, his skull stretched forward and his face twisted into a wolf-like shape. His bones snapped, shifted, and reformed, while gray fur pushed out of his skin and covered his whole body. A fluffy tail burst from the base of his spine. When it was all done, he let out a horrific growl, with a hungry light flashing in his now golden eyes.

"What do you mean?" Sherry didn't look scared, but confused why her werewolf boyfriend transformed here and now.

"You're unlucky to be here, Miss Evans." Bruce said with an evil grin on his wolf face.

"Sherry, run!"

Fran immediately grabbed the girl's hand, turned around, and tried to run away. But it was too late. Before she could even take a single step, Bruce landed a terrible scratch on her back with his huge claws and sent her flying across the foyer. Fran hit the wall and fell on the ground, almost getting knocked out. She could feel the blood flowing out from her back, and she didn't have the strength to get up.

"Why..." Sherry was too frightened to move after seeing this. Her legs gave way, and she collapsed to the ground, struggling backward until she reached the wall. She kept staring at Bruce, the giant werewolf, and her mind was completely blank.

"You really think I love you? Your mother was the reason my mother was killed. I want vengeance, and you're just a means to an end, Sherry." He laughed with arrogant pride, "Your disgusting father and that evil butler are dead! And I must say, your naive stupidity has been a great help."

"No..." She shook her head in horror.

Bruce stepped closer to Sherry casually, but before he could do anything, a silver bolt shot through the air and hit his back. He screamed painfully from the burning wound as he pulled the bolt out, and turned around to look at the door.

"Sherry... Fran!" You arrived, but not in time.

You ran toward Fran, shouting in panic, while Valerie dropped her crossbow and her bolt case, and quickly transformed into her lycanthrope form. As a turned werewolf, she couldn't transform into a full-on werewolf when there wasn't a full moon, but still, she could fight better this way. The white lycanthrope and the gray werewolf clashed in the middle of the foyer, with howls and growls echoing in the mansion.

You checked Fran's wound on her back, and you were immediately consumed by despair. That was no doubt a scratch from the werewolf. Fran has been infected, and just like you, she couldn't be simply cured with monkshood solution.

"James..." Fran whispered. Her face was pale from the blood loss, but you could still see a faint smile on it. "I'll be fine... Just go. Help her..." Her condition was deteriorating, and you had no way of knowing how much time she had left.

"I will." You nodded. As long as this pure werewolf lived, there was no future for both of you.

You picked up Valerie's crossbow, reloaded it with a silver bolt, and aimed at the werewolf. You tried to give Valerie some support, but Bruce was too fast for you to hit. You landed one or two shots on his shoulder, but he didn't even give a shit.

The gap between them in strength and speed was so obvious that, Valerie was completely outmatched, and Bruce just toyed with her the entire time. He swatted at her here and clawed at her there, gradually wearing down her stamina, while he himself didn't even seem to break a sweat.

You now knew what May meant when she said a pure werewolf was strong. You underestimated your enemy, and now you had to pay the price.

Bruce seemed to have finally grown bored with playing with Valerie. He dodged her next reckless attack swiftly, held her head in his claws, and easily snapped her neck. Valerie fell to the ground, while she slowly changed back to her human form. You could see the light fading in her blue eyes. She was dead.

You were Bruce's next target, and you couldn't even put up a fight against a pure werewolf. The crossbow was destroyed, and he landed a deep cut on your stomach. You almost passed out from the pain, but the infection wouldn't let you die. You could hear the beast inside you laughing, claiming its final victory.

Bruce went to Sherry at last. She was still sitting there, traumatized by what she had just witnessed. He seized her by the throat with one claw and hoisted her into the air. Sherry struggled desperately to break free, but it was futile.

"This is the most fitting end for you." Bruce penetrated Sherry's chest with his sharp claw, "Die."

When Sherry's lifeless corpse dropped to the ground, her eyes were filled with confusion.

Nathan arrived at the mansion as soon as possible, but all he saw was Valerie lying on the ground, you being severely injured, and a huge bloodied werewolf. He didn't have a chance. Bruce put him on the floor and injected him with every syringe of monkshood solution he brought with him. He foamed at the mouth and soon died of acute poisoning.

"Finally!" Bruce laughed heartily with satisfaction when he reverted to his human form. Even in this form, he was strong enough to pick you and Fran up at the same time. He threw the two of you into the basement, and locked you inside.

You didn't know how long it had been when you regained a little clarity, but you barely had the strength to get up. And the horrible part was yet to come. The pain in your stomach began to spread to your skin, and it was so insufferable that you ripped your clothes apart. Black fur emerged from below and quickly covered your deformed arms, your back, and eventually your whole body. Your bone structure was beginning to change, as was your flesh. You heard cracking sounds coming from your back, each one accompanied by a wave of bone-breaking pain. A fluffy tail protruded through your tailbone, causing an unbearable sensation of agony.

Next to you, Fran started convulsing and she screamed painfully. Her arms and legs were breaking and reforming, while gray fur was piercing her skin. Her ears grew pointy and her nails became claws. You could see her canines growing longer and sharper, and the same went for yours.

When everything calmed down, you opened your eyes, and everything was different now. You were no longer plagued by nightmares, no longer anxious about your condition, and no longer caring about finding out the truth. All you desired was warm flesh.

You looked at the lycanthrope Fran sitting beside you, and you found yourself salivating. You didn't even hesitate to climb on top of her and lick the soft fur on her cheek. She seemed very happy about what you were doing, so she just lay down and allowed you to touch her enlarged breasts freely.

But you were too eager now. Your new body was craving something more primal. You skipped all the foreplay, lined up your erected manhood against her fluffy intimacy, and penetrated her roughly. She howled intensely and pulled you closer for a kiss, while she wrapped her legs around your hips to lock you in.

The stone walls of the basement muffled the sounds of your rough, panting movements, while only the wet slap of your bodies mixed with the howls and moans spilled from both of your throats. The beast that had taken over your mind wiped away every last trace of grief and sadness, every last thread of humanity, leaving only the burning need to claim, to connect, to breed.

Fran's claws dug deep gouges into your furry shoulders, her breath coming in ragged, heated gasps against your jaw as she met every one of your thrusts with a roll of her hips. You cared about nothing but the need to fill her, to take her, to satiate the hunger that had been haunting you since your transformation. You thrust harder, faster, and growled louder, hornier, as your lycanthrope body was slowly reaching the first climax.

You heard that the door behind you was unlocked, but you didn't care about that anymore. You needed to finish what you started, to mark Fran as your soulmate before others could take her.

Bruce opened the door, and he was content to see your progress.

"Good, Mr. Wilson, Miss Evans. I welcome you to join my new pack, and you will be breeding the first of many of its newborns." Bruce smiled wickedly as he slowly closed the door again, "Please go on, don't let me interrupt you."

You didn't really give a fuck what he just said as you satisfyingly unleashed yourself inside Fran.
