Mom is not in her bedroom

Opening her mom's bedroom door, Lisa's curious expression changes to a frown once more. Still, nobody is around. *When are you getting back, mom?* Heading over to the kitchen. There is a lack of food smell floating in the air. She searches around for a couple of seconds before stopping in place.

Placing her hands on her hips, Lisa shakes her head and sits down on the couch. There's a good chance her mom's probably still driving home. That is, if she made it to her plane

Spotting a coat on the coat rack, it seems as though her mom has been here. So she did come home safely. That's good, anyway. At least leave a message or something to let me know, damn it! Either she went out to go get some food or something else entirely to help around the house in some way.

Mom is always supportive like that. Doing what she could to help around the house. Though, she does need to have a bit more fun in her life. At times, she can get ahead of herself and that can cause problems. Having a nearly strict attitude at times can also drag things down when things are going well. Fights have often happened over what needed to be done, and at times can have been stressful throughout the week. There are times when she thought she was right about something only to be proven wrong in the end.

Other times, its just the casual situation. 'Clean up your room, Lisa', 'make sure to dress nice and not like you have no mother', or 'stop being lazy and get some work done. I made you something to eat to help with your studies'. She means well, I guess. But she needs to at least calm it down. A bit of a traditional woman, who has a tomboyish side when she means it. But it can get a little too reckless and be a bit of a problem, though. Though, her cute face, warm voice, and arguably sexy nature is something that has helped her get far in life. That, and working very hard enough to relax as much as she wants at home.

It's been a long day, anyway. All day talking and just walking around with friends to see the sights. It honestly can take a lot out of a person. Lisa's stomach growls. The belly's hungry for something tasty. Best to get a good snack worth chowing down on. With a sigh, Lisa goes to the kitchen.

Opening the kitchen drawer, Lisa starts getting some utensils and a plate ready. Lisa then grabs some frozen food from the fridge and places it in the microwave and starts it up to heat. She stares at the food before going to grab some juice from the fridge and takes a sip of it.

She leans back against the wall as she stares at the food before taking out her phone to see what's going on on her socials. Lisa then yawns. The food might take time to get finished. Shopping for more might happen tomorrow rather than today. Relaxing right now is all that matters and maybe seeing what can be done online later. If only mom came back to prepare something for the family. A nice cooked meal for everyone to eat, or just heading out to dine at a restaurant to celebrate her return. That would be something worth sinking my teeth in.
