For Detective Julian Anderson, Los Angeles is not your usual city. As a homicide detective, he is already burdened with seeing the worst of humanity. Being a werewolf on top of that, well... there's a whole other side to his police work that his coworkers have no idea about. So far, he's balanced the two halves of his life as well as could be expected, but things begin to change when it becomes increasingly clear that there's a serial killer out there targeting Los Angeles' supernatural population.
