Saved
Before I could even process the second orc settling over me, the tent flaps violently blew inward with a blinding explosion of golden light.
“By order of the House of Wrynn - clear the camp!”, a stern voice bellowed.
A radiant hammer of divine energy slammed into my captor, blasting him back through a support beam. A squad of three elite heroes, a fully armored Paladin, a swift Night Elf rogue, and a battle-hardened dwarf, swept in, dismantling the surprised, half-naked orcs with terrifying efficiency.
I lay on the dirt, chest heaving, sticky and exposed as the holy light illuminated my shame.
The senior Paladin strode over, his heavy boots stopping beside me. His eyes widened as he took in my state - my blond hair matted with sweat, bare hips flushed red, mail leggings discarded nearby.
“Light preserve us,” he muttered softly. Kneeling down, he unclasped his heavy silver cloak and gently draped it over my bare lower half.
He placed a warm, armored hand on my shoulder.
“You’re safe now, son. Can you stand?”
I tried to answer like a proper soldier, but only a broken, shaky breath escaped as the full weight of my humiliation hit me all at once.
