Studying

Currently you are studying, decided to finish this year and finally leave this place. Next to you Vernon Olive and Peter are sitting aswell. You don't mind Peter, he is quiet and studious. You cannot say the same for Vernon, in fact you find the little chubby guy annoying most of the time, but you did tolerate his presence and worked with him a few times. However he should not act so friendly to you. And of course he is asking you one more question.

"Not now Vernon, can't you see I am busy ?"

"You always act like you are better, you know that ?"

"Well, I am when it comes to this subject, in fact i don't even use a book when I brew"

"Mh, really, you could do anything without reading it ?"

"Well, yes, any potion from our classic book of course."

"Impossible..."

Maybe you should not boast so much, it's not very humble of you. But it is true. Vernon seems to be thinking for a while before talking again, smiling.

"It's impossible, I bet you I can find a recipe you won't give me."

"You know what, ask, anything, and then you let me study. Even better, if I am right, you will do my chores for a weak."

You are becoming quite annoyed, so you hope he will drop the case, as he would not like to be your servant for a while.

"Alright, if you answer right, I'll do anything you ask... but if you don't you are the one doing my will."

You agree to the idea, and wait for Vernon to choose a potion from his book. He actually asked Peter to help him. The two boys are working on it, when Peter eyes light up. He whisper something to Vernon. You are not worried, as you really used the school book from A to Z.

"Okay, Helena, I don't really trust you, so we should do an Unbreakable Vow first."

You looked at him, surprised, before refusing. You may be confident, but you are not careless. Vernon taunt you : after all, it's just a bet, it's just to assure you are serious. Plus it's not like you are scared right ? Under pressure, you end up yiedling to his demand.

So here you are, holding hand while Peter use his wand

"Do you, Vernon Olive, agree to be Helena Mallow servant for a week if she answer your question without any error ?"

"Yes, I do"

"Do you, Helena Mallow, agree to obey any command from Vernon Olive for a week if you end up failing his test ?"

"....Yes I do"

You did hesitate as you would not have formulate it that's way, but it's okay right ?
