Their room

Zack walked into his room and found Chloe still sleeping. He looked at her mangled red hair and the way it traces down her back. He looked at her face. So peaceful and pretty...

"Wait. Why am I thinking about her like this?" Zack quickly shakes his head and walked over to Chloe's bed. He lightly nudged Chloe awake. Her big and innocent green eyes found Zack's.

"Hey Chloe, I brought some food for you."

"Oh. Thanks Zack. Can you please stay with me while I eat? I've been feeling lonely today."

"Of course. Scoot over."

Zack tried to sit next to Chloe but couldn't find a comfortable angle to sit on. He gave up and just decided to fit in as best he could. He put his arm around her. Zack thought back to times where Chloe would always come over to Zack's house for sleepovers. They were both eight at that time. One day, Chloe would come over and sat down on Zack's bed with a sad look on her face. Not knowing what to do, Zack just stared at her. Finally Chloe looked at him with tears in her eyes.

"Zack, why doesn't anyone like me?" she had asked.

"Why would anyone not like you?"

"I read a book and there was a page about someone's first kiss. It was supposed to be incredible and magical. I decided to try it out with that Jimmy kid at school because he agreed to try it out with me but he pushed me away at the last second. He just screamed, 'EEWWWW. GIRL COOTIES.' He ran back to his group of friends at laughed at me..."

Zack looked at her and could see that she was really sad. He bravely said, "I will try it out you."
Chloe would looked at him and say "Really? You would?" Zack agreed and they have their first kiss together. Zack remembered it as being really wet and sloppy since they were just kids at that time.

Chloe's push **** Zack out of his thoughts. "Thanks for the dinner. It was great." Chloe went back to sleep as Zack watched her. 15 minutes passed and Zack was still on Chloe's bed. Chloe was silently snoring. Zack looked at her face one more time before leaning down to kiss her forehead.

"Good night Chloe. I love you."

Zack quickly realized what he just said and ran out of the room hoping nobody had just heard what he said.
