Family Tradition
Her grandmother had used this blade during the war.
Her mother had used this to defend the courtesans from rowdy, lecherous customers.
Hinoa was proud of her family's legacy. Proud to wield this blade, and proud to defend her home from the dishonorable vagrants pillaging it! She truly was! That said...
Was this TRULY something she'd have to deal with? Had her grandmother and mother battled completely NUDE, with nothing to their names but this damned sword?! This was absurd.
The rules were simple... Frustratingly so, in fact... Hinoa seemed to be bound by the sword. If it was in its scabbard, all was normal. But the second it was drawn, the second it caught light-- Her robes, undergarments, shoes, all of it would vanish!
Not so much as a wrap for her privates, or a tie to hold her long, black hair. The second the sword was returned, so too did her clothes, from wherever they were whisked away.
But if she lost her sword... Or scabbard... She didn't like to think about it--
She'd saved many so far! Caravans, travellers, taverns. Rumors were little more than hushed whispers about a noble swordswoman. They didn't detail what she wore... Or didn't wear...
This is because Hinoa was rarely ever seen! Stealth is easy when you don't even have shoes to make noise.
But how long can the noble warrior hide her curse from the public eye...?
