The result

As the three entered the home, Isaiah was beaming with hope. For hours, he waited for them like a patient dog, completely blocking out everything else from his senses so he could focus on the door. As that was happening, Bella had secretly complied with Dilly; her training long ago had been influenced by Dilly to make her loyal to him as she covered the paint, only leaving a few words on one wall that said "I'm here" and "I love you".

Even with Eleanor and Cynthia now under Dilly's thumb, he didn't want to bring them distress or risk anything, so he had Bella clean things up secretly. So, when Dilly and his women entered, holding his hands like a wife and daughter, despite their dishevelled and satisfied appearances, with torn clothes and stained with cum. Isaiah was shocked but still hopeful of the situation, barking loudly as they grabbed him lovingly, calling him Isaiah. But not because that was his new name. They called him Isaiah because they had a look in their eyes that they knew. They knew Isaiah and Dilly had swapped bodies, yet they were still acting this way, unbothered by Dilly in Isaiah's body as they walked to the last remaining spot Isaiah had left of his words in paint.

Cynthia then said, "I know", in a loving and gentle gesture while touching the painting, looking back to Dilly and Eleanor while holding Isaiah, as she said, "I think we should return things to how they were". This brought a glimmer of hope to Isaiah's eyes, but only until she looked back at Isaiah with a darkness, calling in Dilly before looking back at Dilly and calling him Isaiah, asking if she was correct. To this, Dilly smirked as he agreed, and from that point on, Dilly wasn't just in Isaiah's body; he WAS Isaiah, and this was HIS body. The same goes for Isaiah; he was no longer just a human in a dog's body; he WAS the dog named Dilly, and Isaiah was the master.

So, with these new commands issued, Eleanor and Cynthia decided to put on a show for Dilly as they said this was goodbye to his life as a human and his debut as a dog. In this situation, Dilly could do nothing but let down a tear as Bella came to collect her reward, watching smugly as she looked at Cynthia while she told Bella to treat him well and always hold his collar tight. Bella barked in excitement at this command as she made Dilly go faster while Isaiah also intensified his love-making with Eleanor, giving the assist, her time coming up.

Then they all came in bliss and mourning.
