Ashley; Dinner's ready

KNOCK! KNOCK!

Ashley tapped on the door to her friends’ room. She didn’t want to bang too loud as she knew the two teens may be sleeping. As far as she was concerned, the day was a wash. Zack wasn’t feeling well and Heather was just tired. The rest of the group hadn’t wanted to do much without their friends, so they just stayed around the cabin.

“Come in,” Heather said, “we’re awake.”

“Hey guys. How you feeling?” the blonde girl asked her friends.

“Much better!” they replied in unison.

Ashley froze when she saw how close the two on the bed were cuddling. She couldn’t help but smile for her friends. She had suspected Heather’s feelings for Zack in the past, and was glad that the girl had proved her right. She couldn’t wait to tell her older sister the news.

“Well, um, dinner is almost ready,” she blushed as Heather nipped at Zack’s ear, causing him to blush as well and thus renewing their teasing battle.

“Aaack!” Heather shouted as Zack poked her in the ribs.

Ashley headed towards the door. Before leaving the room, she turned back towards the couple, in time to see Heather and Zack share a kiss. Zack faced her, placed his finger to his lips and gave her a “Shh!” The blonde girl pouted, smiled and nodded before leaving the room and closing the door.
