Sub-master with Classes for all of my permanent targets.

I select sub-master. I can hand it to Madelon, with whom I am in contact as the QuestMaster. So instead of assigning her, I skim her messages. They are basically summarisable to make sure Pieter doesn't pick bad clothes for me. I sent the following message: 'You worry too much. How about I make a deal with you? You will get access to a bunch of people and be their questmaster with the power I give you. In return, you worry less and have fun with Pieter. You show me how much you love him. I will add that sabotaging his relationships with friends and his partner, I will view as you not loving him but wanting to claim him.'

'Please do. I can definitely do that. I will do.'

I add her as the sub-master and start looking at the classes. Giving her the Sister class is appealing, as is the Princess class. Instead of choosing those, I pick Co-conspiritor to go with the Sub-master vibe. For Robin, I decide on Lover since that is the best description for them. Chantal, I go with Politician as her class since it fits what I have been having her do. Lastly, the two more problematic ones... What to pick for both of them? Tim, what is the most embarrassing Class I can give him whilst him keeping the app? Wait, I can give him a Class after making him permanent. It can be as embarrassing as I want then. Lastly, Lilliana, I don't know her, but as time goes on, I might think of a better quest than assigning one at random.

I look over to Robin's profile a new quest has appeared.

• Go shopping with Pieter.
• Buy cute clothes for his sister.
• Buy decorations for the new apartment.

Reward: Move in with Pieter and Madelon.

Instead of being surprised, I am glad. She took the recommendation to let Pieter have his relationships be or encourage them. I text her, 'Hey, small tip, "go shopping" will be triggered by buy thing for the most part, so it is better to put something more concrete there. Though nice of you to suggest they move in together.' I go to look back at her unlock conditions to see what is checked.

• Be open about your feelings for Pieter with Pieter and any partners he might have.

Wait, the level requirement is waived because she is the sub-master. Back to the messaging app. 'If you tell Pieter and his Partner what your feelings for him are, there will be an interesting reward on the other side.' I decide against sending it for two reasons. First, I might accidentally reveal I am the QuestMaster if I respond to follow-up questions. Second, and more importantly, I have no guarantees on how Robin will respond. Instead, I send her this message: 'Hey, you might be able to give yourself quests, but please let me still write those.'

She responds, 'Sure, I can hold off on that. I assume you can't exclude me from the subjects I can see. I get that. Good point on double quest tasks, I will keep that in mind. Who is Chantal in relation to Pieter, and why does she have the Politician class?'

'Honestly, from my perspective, she is a Politician because she needs to mediate the fact that Robin is interested in men and likely trans. She is Robin's elder lesbian sister, and as such, just using her own experiences, I have been able to improve the situation with their parents. I want to get it further, but one thing at a time.' A thumbs up follows.

'Do you know if she has a girlfriend?'

'I do not. I never tested it. Some subjects I get through referrals, others I don't. If they are referred, I have only the clues I can fish from those subjects I have contact with. You figure out where she falls.'

'Do I know you IRL?'

'All is to be revealed in due time. I will inform you who I am when I can. I won't appear without prior notice in front of you, okay. The stage hasn't been set.'

'Okay, I know you, but shouldn't look into it, understood.'

I go back to Chantal's page she doesn't have a quest. I decide to give her one.

• Plan a double date with Robin at a later date.

Quest does not match Class. No bonus XP will be awarded. Continue? Yes/No

Yes, sure, I can't back down on this. It seems like a smart move to do this. It allows me to gain information from a safe space without asking around too much through Robin. Not that asking about their sister is a wrong thing, but this seems like a much quicker way of doing things.

Wait, a reward specifically for Robin, not one for a shared thing, for Robin. This is the first time I have seen a reward that had no clear benefits for the target in question. But suggested rewards seem to be things the target likes. Wait, let's say Madelon was gay. How would I react to a similar reward? I would wholeheartedly embrace it. Because happy people you love make you happy, I pick the last option, which will help Robin gain confidence and, in a sense, advance my agenda by doing so.

I head to bed and see Madelon sleeping happily as I crawl into bed. I hope to dream of a better day.
