Victoria dodges it, saving him from an embarrassment

Realizing what Brandon was about to do, Victoria leaned away from him and got out of the bed, leaving behind the staring ex-boyfriend of her best friend. “Okay, thanks again, Brandon,” The blonde said as she walked to the door. “You’ve really helped me.”

Brandon stood looking at the closed door for a good two minutes after Victoria left. ”What the hell was I thinking?” He asked himself in disbelief.

”Of course, I wasn’t thinking at all.” He realized, panicking at what Ashley would think if she knew he made a move on her best friend. He jumped off the bed.

Brandon got out of his bedroom like he was leaving a room full of snakes, causing him to almost collide with Zack as the latter exited the hallway bathroom, already dressed to go out.

“Whoa!” Zack exclaimed with a strange look on his face. “Easy there, man!”

“Sorry, Zack,” Brandon apologized. “I wasn’t looking.”

Zack raised an eyebrow in confusion. “Why are you in such a hurry anyways?”

“Uhn, it’s just that I’ve to go…there!” Brandon stammered and then pointed to the outdoor deck, running on said direction.

Zack frowned. ”Everyone’s getting crazy around here.” The blue-eyed young man concluded as he made his way to the living room to wait for Heather, dressed in a dark blue shirt, jeans and shoes.
