"I am meant to be following up on a case" Naoto replied.
"I am not busy, but I am meant to meet with my sister at 9 for breakfast" Makoto added
Futaba was thankful that at the very least she hadn't impacted Makoto or Naoto much.. it was Sunday so Makoto didn't have classes today which was good, but as Futaba glanced at the clock, she did need to meet with Sae in an hour. And as for Naoto - with Akechi also on the case she figured Naoto could afford to be occupied with serving her instead.
"O-okay! Um... New plan! Makoto! Call Sojiro and tell him that I felt sick last night and stayed with you! Sumire, go to your practice, and get some sleep in between if you have time! Oh! And come out of this trance when you leave and make an excuse for why you were out so late! Kawakami, take a quick nap! When you wake up you will feel alert and focused so that you can get your grading done quick! Naoto, while all of that's happening uh..."
She looked at Naoto who had managed to get her panties and pants back on and was reaching for her bra.

Futaba breathed a sigh of relief. Crisis mostly averted.
