You receive important informations

As usual, you wake up in the morning—though it’s a bit earlier than usual, and Midori and Charlie are still asleep.

The message you heard in your dream lingers in your mind.

We’ll talk later… in private.

You’re fairly certain the Abra girl sent it, and you decide to act on it.

Carefully, you slip out of bed without waking the girls. You put on some comfortable clothes, head downstairs, and step outside.

You look around—and soon spot the Abra girl near the edge of the village.

You walk toward her, but every time you get close, she teleports a little farther away.

You keep following her until you’re a short distance outside the village. This time, she stops.

“You really… came… Erik Scarlett…” she says sleepily.

“I did. Now, can I get your name?” you ask.

“I will… need full… focus for this,” she murmurs, gathering her mana.

Suddenly, her eyes begin to glow beneath the mask.

“Good. I am in my awakened state now.”

“Awakened state?” you ask.

“Most Abras spend their time sleeping to conserve and develop their powers. However, communication is difficult in that state. By focusing our energy, we can temporarily awaken and speak properly,” she explains.

“Now… we need to talk about you, Erik Scarlett. My name is Amber, and I was sent here to observe you.”

“Observe me? And why?” you ask.

“I was sent to investigate a mysterious event that was supposed to occur here. From what I have seen, you are… the most unusual subject. A human bonded with two musus, capable of summoning weapons from thin air… is not something one sees often.”

“I see. And who sent you?”

“The Great Oracle. She had a vision. I believe many things will happen around you, Erik Scarlett… but I also sense that your soul is strong and pure enough to face them.”

“…Thank you. And you can just call me Erik.”

“Very well… Erik. After my report last night, I was recalled. I will leave now… but I feel we will meet again soon.”

“Alright. It was nice meeting you, Amber.”

She nods—then disappears.

You head back home and begin preparing breakfast. Soon, the smell draws the three girls downstairs.

You all eat together, enjoying a calm moment—until, once again, someone knocks at the door.

You open it.

“Hey Erik,” Leaf greets you.

“Hey Leaf. What brings you here?”

“My mom sent me. She needs to talk to you about something important.”

Just like Amber said… something is happening, you think.

“I see. Give me a few minutes, I’ll come with you,” you reply.

She nods.

You head back inside.

“Midori, Delia called me to discuss something. I’m heading out,” you say.

“Wait. If it’s important, I want to come too,” Midori replies.

“Alright. Then let’s get ready. Charlie, Marine—you don’t mind waiting?”

“No problem!” they both answer.

You and Midori get dressed and head out with Leaf.

“By the way, I heard what happened last night. Sorry I wasn’t there,” Leaf says.

“Don’t worry. You were busy helping people, right?”

“…Yeah, i was handling the panicked crowd, but I didn’t fight a giant crab and put my life in danger” she sighs.

“You always worry too much, Leaf. You did great,” Midori says, patting her shoulder.

“…Next time, I’ll be there to cover you back” Leaf says firmly.

“I’m sure you will,” you reply.

You arrive at the town hall and head to Delia’s office. She immediately invites you in.

“Good morning, dear. I hope you recovered from yesterday,” Delia says.

“Don't worry we did. What did you need to tell us?” you ask.

“You see dears, I received a response from the council about your situation Erik. You will need to accompany me to an assembly in the coming days. We'll leave tomorrow—for Sapphire City.”

Sapphire City—one of the main cities of Kanto, built on the legendary Indigo Plateau, where, according to legend, the region was founded.

“W-wait… if I’m attending an assembly, that means I’ll have to meet…” you trail off.

"“Yes. The leaders of the most important cities in Kanto,” Delia confirms.

“…I see. Then I’ll need to prepare properly.”

“Exactly. Use today to rest and prepare everything for the journey,” she says.

After the meeting, you step outside.

“…Looks like I’m leaving tomorrow,” you say.

“And I’m coming with you, obviously,” Midori replies.

“Me too. Though I’ll travel with my mother,” Leaf adds.

“We should head back and tell the others,” you say.

Back home, you find Charlie and Marine chatting. You explain everything.

“Ooooh! You’re going to another city?! I wanna come too!” Charlie says excitedly.

“You’re welcome to join us,” you reply. “What about you, Marine?”

“Mmh… I think I’ll come too. You attract strange events, Erik—and the great Marine wants to see them,” she grins.

“Then it’s settled. Let’s start preparing.”

You spend the rest of the day resting and getting everything ready for the trip.

LLater that night, you head to your room early, lying down to relax.

After a while, the door opens.

You turn—and see Midori and Charlie stepping inside naked.

“…Woah,” is all you manage to say.

"“Hey Erik, I convinced Midori to try something fun,” Charlie giggles.

“Y-yeah… she said that since things might get busy soon… we could do it all together… to 'optimize times'…” Midori says, blushing.

“That doesn’t sound like a very convincing excuse,” you tease.

“I think she’s just curious to try it” Charlie adds, playfully poking Midori's tit.

“S-stop teasing me…” Midori mumbles, turning even redder.

You chuckle, watching them.

“Come here, you two,” you say softly.
