At an unknown location, again

The darkness of the room hid the identity of the man in the shadows as he stared at his computer’s screen.

It hadn’t been a good day for him, with both of the cabins that were key to his plans being occupied by a bunch of kids, it meant he had to be more careful than he usually was and it made him angry.

”At least they make for good entertainment.” He thought, smirking as he switched between the various video feeds coming from the cameras he hid at both cabins.

And then there was Carlos Rivera, the damn detective had spent the entire day planning a search on the cave in the woods for tomorrow. The man had already ordered his associates to hide in another place everything that was in there, but he couldn’t let the detective discover that room deep inside the cave.

”Maybe he didn’t believe the warning I’ve sent him,” The man smirked wickedly. “I guess it’s time to show him I wasn’t bluffing, then.”*
