Secret's safe for now. But what's the movie to be?
Something to get her in the mood
I had the rest of the evening to work out my devious little plan. The kids were exhausted and happy to play with their iPads while I set up the downstairs TV. It took a while to set everything the way I wanted it, but finally I was satisfied with the situation.
I fed the kids and put them to bed. I slipped on comfortable shorts and a t-shirt and waited for Charissa to return.
She came into the house a blur of smiles and laughs. She said she'd had a great time with Amy, and she looked a little glassy-eyed to me. I told her to have a seat at the kitchen table while I poured her some water.
"Have you been drinking?" I asked lightly.
"Well..." she giggled. "I did have one glass of wine!" She grinned from ear to ear, and I marveled at how a single glass could transform her into this bubbly babe.
"I hope it didn't make you too tired for our movie," I said.
"No way!" she shouted, a little too loudly. "I've been looking forward to it."
"Great, me too." I said. Then, I advanced my plan. "Why don't you go get changed, and I'll pop us some popcorn. Feel free to take a look at the Roku, though I think I know what I want to watch."
"OK Seth!" she said, happily taking her water downstairs with her.
I gave her a few minutes to change--obviously imagining that tight brown dress sliding off her body--and then I popped the popcorn and came to the basement. Charissa was looking as hot as ever in her full-body PJs.

More importantly, she was sitting on the couch with her legs crossed, the Roku remote at her side. "See anything you like?" I asked.
"Um, I'm not sure," she said, grabbing for the bowl of popcorn I offered her.
I sat beside her and took the Roku remote. I turned the TV on with it and saw exactly what I was hoping to see. My Showtime homepage immediately filled the large screen, with films such as "Pleasure," "Climax," and "Hustler" showing as recently viewed. "Oops!" I said, quickly hitting the Roku's home button. "Sorry about that."
She smiled shyly and quietly said, "No, it's OK. I..." But she never finished that sentence, and I smiled inwardly as I imagined filling in the blanks.
"There's a sci-fi I've been meaning to watch on Netflix. Are you down?"
"You're the boss!" she said, evidently relieved I was changing the subject.
"Great," I said, navigating to the streaming service. I selected "Subservience" from my playlist and said, "This is supposed to be really good."
