A small fishing harbor

Captain Jim gathers his crew, some 50 or so people, and despite a lot of bickering managed to get them to set sail. He also introduces you to One-eye Sally, a blonde haired woman with an eyepatch. You are to follow her and help her with her tasks.
Sally helps you to become part of the crew. She teaches you how to raise the sails and even how to swing a rope, in the event you have to attack another ship. She is an enjoyable person to be around and makes the trip a lot of fun.

During the trip, captain Jim asks if you had seen Bill anywhere. You couldn’t really say that he was eaten by a slimegirl so instead you say the last time you saw him he was going outside to get drunk.

“Argh, bastard could still be out there.” Sally says to captain Jim. “I’m gona ‘ave to give him a good kick in the arse when we get back.”

Suddenly the lookout boy yells “Village in sight!” From the crow’s-nest.
Jim quickly took his binocular and peered at the shore.

“Looks like fishing village.” Jim says. He then looks at your new friend and said “Get your daggers ready, Sally. You’re going to need them.

Before heading to the village, captain Jim orders the pirate flag to be taken down and replaced by an Enrioman flag. Enrioma is a maritime city state famous for trading overseas. Their standing as one of the world’s most famous mercantile powers easily makes them a welcome sight at any port they lay anchor.

When the pirates dock at the village’s harbor many people had already gathered. Some local craftsmen and merchants had even brought their goods expecting Enrioman merchants to either buy their goods or sell them something interesting.
Instead, captain Jim gave to order to attack and they learned they had just allowed a gang of pirates into their village.

The villagers ran back to their homes in panic as the company of pirates descended on them. One of these pirates is you, following One-eye Sally towards the mainland. Unlike the pirates, your primary goal was not to plunder, but to escape. Maybe you could catch a horse and ride off. Or perhaps hide somewhere until the pirates left. But to do either of these things, you first need to ditch Sally.
