"Man, I'm so sorry, I overslept!," Mark replied. "I think I'll just skip out today, I don't think I'll be able to make it in time."

"Are you really doing this mate?" Jim seemed completely done with Mark. "You know what? I don't give a shit anymore, you can just continue sleeping and jerking off in your room."

As he said this, Jim just cut the call leaving Mark alone to bask in the shame of skipping out on plans. The shame didn't last for much time however as he slowly drifted off back into sleep.f

Mark later woke up fully refreshed at around 09:30 P.M., and the sudden realisation hit him like a brick, he skipped out on the plans and slept in.

'I could've gone if I tried', was what he thought, before eventually giving up on probables and settling onto his couch to watch the TV.

Max was laying down beside him and Mark thought this was as good as any other Saturday. He really should get back to his job applications, though that wait till tomorrow. At the end, Mark just thought it'd be nice to have something good for dinner and decided to order in from the local Chinese place.

An hour later, was still on his couch, though this time he was munching on a pack of chips after just finishing a whole bowl of noodles while beside him, Max was gnawing at his bone with fire in his eyes.
