Make a stop.

You march alongside the elven lady clad in flowing rose gold and silver as you take in the sights of the bustling Tiveran city and its curious residents. You feel like a celebrity, but it's a little different than that. People still aren't completely certain what to make of you. Though despite the confused murmuring between onlookers, the general consensus seems to be that you're somebody important, and everybody wants to know more. Meanwhile, however, you're following in the path of your righteous guide. Xiaoqing follows alongside the both of you as well.

Something catches your eye and you gesture for the others to halt.

Your attention lingers upon a sign above the doorway with a picture of two mugs, and beneath that, it reads, "Party's Rest".

"I see," says the elf. "This is the inn you first entered upon reaching Avana, correct? Niki tells me stories of your meeting, though they change a little each time. It seems that she finds that day very important to her regardless."

"I'd like to visit, if you don't mind."

"Not at all."

"That's fine by me," whispers Xiaoqing.

You ponder. "Not only would it be nostalgic, but I definitely have a gift in mind for Niki now. On top of that, there was that bartender here..."

"I believe I have met the owner of Party's Rest once or twice in the past, though I am afraid I do not remember all of their staff. There was a short elven girl waitress, who once had her breasts slip entirely from her top. Everybody turned to look so swiftly that the shift in air current caused the front door to jostle open. That is all I remember currently."

"Is that a true story?"

"You may choose to believe so. That is up to you."

"I thought paladins were supposed to be honest."

"That is not written anywhere that I know about."

"The barkeep I'm talking about was a catfolk named Bella. She took me aside one of the last times I was here, and basically threatened me as well as Niki's family. That was a long time ago, back before we defeated Sa'dis. Basically I wanna see if she still works here. I really doubt it, since her boss was slain."

"I am curious as well then. Shall we?"

"After you, Lady Tesgella."

She smiles and pushes the front door open. The two of you proceed inside.
