"I will begin the lecture," the professor stated. She rapidly began to write on the chalkboard, with a map, a timeline, and more. "The Iridian Kingdom was founded in the year 0 ID, and in the year 830 ID they renamed themselves to the Iridian Empire. The change in the nation's name came about during a specific war, with a specific decisive battle ending said war. Are any of you able to name the war and battle?"

Funnily enough, the Iridian Empire was where the dungeon Kasha was exploring was located. It was a powerful nation, and she'd learned a bit of its history during her time as an adventurer. This included the war and battle the professor wanted.
