Voice Mimicry Chant

Alison leaned in, reading the title of the spell aloud. "'Voice Mimicry Chant.' That sounds promising."

Walison began to read the instructions out loud. "'To mimic the voice of another, first whisper their name three times into your hand. Then, place your hand over your mouth and repeat the sound 'mmm' for as long as you can comfortably hold your breath. Finally, say the magic words: 'Vox echo mihi sonum tuum.'"

Alison listened carefully, her eyes wide with fascination. "That sounds simple enough. Let's give it a try."

Walison hesitated, looking at Alison. "You'll need to untie me for this. I can't reach my mouth with my hands tied."

Alison nodded and began to loosen the ropes binding Walison's wrists and ankles. As she worked, she kept up a steady stream of chatter. "You know, this is all so surreal. I never thought I'd be helping someone transform into me and then change their voice to match."

Finally free, Walison rubbed her wrists and took a deep breath. She followed the instructions, whispering Alison's name three times into her hand. Then, she placed her hand over her mouth and made the 'mmm' sound, her cheeks puffing out slightly.

"'Vox echo mihi sonum tuum,'" Walison said.

Alison watched in amazement as Walison's voice began to change, becoming higher-pitched and more feminine, matching her own. When Walison removed her hand and spoke, her voice was unmistakably Alison's.

Alison clapped her hands in delight. "That's amazing! Your voice is exactly like mine."

Walison smiled, relieved. "I'm glad that worked. Now, let's go find Peter and explain everything."
