What's next?

A Contest of Speed and Trust, Part 2

"Now, whose next?" The demon asked as Felix teleported away again in black smoke.

"I will." Noah creeped forwards, to the surprise of many. It was time though for her to find out if slow and steady could win the race. It was already 1:33 after all, and she couldn't delay any longer.

The demon gave her a nod as Noah oozed her way across the starting line, and went to the second from the right pathway. She could see it dropped into a pit of spikes, and upon getting sliding her way closer to it, that after it were a series of disconnected platforms that floated above other hazards, such as a lake of boiling hot black tar, or a scary looking patch of ice. But she needed every possible second of time saved given her slow movement speed as a slime, and she could see Felix wandering around ahead, showing just how short this particular path through the obstacle course would be.

She remembered the upgrade she got, and at that point, a plan formed in Noah's mind. She had hands that she could change the stickiness of, and as a slime, she could manipulate where her arms emerged from on her body. She also noticed that on both sides of the platforms was a set of very tall concrete walls that blocked her view of the other pathways. Putting these facts together, Noah formed a plan as she oozed her way to the very edge of the first platform so as to better position herself for the most difficult use of her body's abilities yet. Psyching herself up by reminding herself that if worse came to worse she would just respawn, Noah launched out her arms.

To Noah's joy, it worked, as she was able to stick to the walls, and through concentration, stick enough that she could drag the rest of her body to her hands. The rest of her slime body followed in tow, and through all of her practice shapeshifting, she was able to get the rest of herself not only pulled towards her hands, but to stick to the wall as well. It wasn't as strong, and she suspected without her hands anchoring her in place, she would eventually peel off, but she had something here. So she then crawled along the concrete wall, making slow but steady progress towards Felix, dragging her body behind her with her extra sticky hands...

Felix was hearing voices again, and the knowledge they weren't real didn't provide him much comfort.

"You're surrounded by cowards," The voices were clear now. "They will abandon you when it is convenient..."

He knew that meant the voices were talking about Noah. This line of argument didn't make sense to Felix because even if she wanted to, she couldn't abandon him anymore because she was stuck in the same reality show he was. Besides, she didn't have much to be scared of as a slime that shrugged off buzzsaws like it was nothing.

"Noah abandoned you because you're pathetic, and not worth suffering for..." The voices taunted, stabbing at Felix's insecurities.

He remembered how much it felt like he had to **** himself into Noah's group at times. Why? Felix never did anything to Noah, and wasn't trying to get his homework done by them or something, he just wanted-

"A friend, yes, but what makes you worthwhile as a friend Felix?" The voices were starting to sound more like Noah's...

Noah, after a strenuous, scary, and yet also tedious crawl along a concrete wall, managed to get to the stone platform Felix was on. She estimated it took about ten minutes, but that estimation was too inaccurate to rely on. She could see him wondering around, and heard him arguing with someone who wasn't there. Unlike Cameron, she couldn't just kiss him to reassure him, what her not being attracted to guys and not having that kind of relationship with Felix anyway, so she resorted to something different, knowing that time was not on her side.

"Felix?" Noah asked while oozing closer towards him.

"Did you resent me?" Felix asked, turning his head in the broad direction she was in. "Was I pathetic to you with how I tried to be your friend?"

In that instance, Noah understood why Cameron was so furious with this blindfold. These were lies, but they were lies that were plausible with how she had treated Felix. How even before she had abandoned him, she had ignored him, and only grudgingly allowed him into her social circle. It had all come to a head

"No, Felix I just... I was scared of your drama because I was too happy with what I had." Noah said while getting closer. "But I can make up for all that now because I'm no longer a fat cowardly nerd. Lets get the fuck out of here."

Felix offered his hand, and Noah grabbed with her enhanced hands. She then prepared to do something that would be kind of gross, and also probably be all over whatever porn sites the audience of this Harem Hotel season watched.

"Forgive me Felix." Noah said while engulfing Felix into her slime. She had no idea how the blindfold stayed on, but that was far from the worst problem with this new position.

"What's going on? I feel wet and..." Felix said, confused about where he was.

Noah didn't respond, she was busy getting Felix secured in place for the journey back. All that would stick out of her was his head, She estimated that, between the two of them, they were upwards of 400 pounds, so she was about to find out just how sticky her body and hands could be when it most mattered.

"Felix, I know this sounds strange, but you should be thankful to not be able to see the world right now." Noah stretched out her arms, and stuck her hands to the wall, pulling everything, including Felix, onto it.

The slime girl's stickiness, just about, held. But Noah had to concentrate a lot, not just to move, but to also ensure that her passenger stayed inside of her the whole time. So she crawled along the concrete wall, steadily getting back up to the speed she came to Felix with, which she estimated to be charitably about the speed of the average person walking. It was why it was so important she had chosen a shorter route, even if it was harder, and even if it was terrifying.

That thought entered heard as she saw a piece of herself drip off and fall into the molten hot black tar, where it disintegrated. Noah quickly switched her gaze back to the prize, knowing this was not the moment to fear what would happen if her grip was lost. So she continued, one hand sticking to the wall, the other hand reaching out to get a grip further away, and then upon getting a firm sticky grip, doing the same with her other hand.

All the while, she could hear Felix's fear. He was thankfully the type to be quiet during moments like this, but he breathed harder nonetheless, and kept trying to swallow or similar to avoid distracting her. Noah knew he could feel, even if he couldn't see, how high up he was, and how for that matter he was sideways. The vertigo alone must have been terrifying, and yet, he didn't dare say anything, because he knew she needed to focus. That knowledge, that he was doing the little bit he could to help her, helped motivate her in the final part.

They were both now above the spikes, which meant they were so close to getting home. It was then Noah decided to take a risk, because even she was getting tired, and she didn't want to find out if her body lost stickiness as it lost energy.

"Be thankful you can't see what I'm about to do right now." Noah said before she launched one of her arms further than she had ever dared attempt before, putting all of the mass she could into that she didn't need to save for either holding Felix or keeping her other arm securely in place.

The bet paid off as Noah was able to grab the metal railing around the platform she, and everyone else, had started on. However, bits of her form broke off from the sheer amount of stress it was put under from this long grab, and from the amount of weight it now had to handle. In that moment, she pulled with all of her might while letting go of the wall, and just about kept a hold on Felix. The seconds they were both in the air were terrifying, as she screamed in pain from the strain, Felix screamed in terror, and she swear she saw the railing bend under the stress of how hard she was holding it, along with all the weight it suddenly had to carry. But, those seconds passed...

...and with a mighty splat, Noah and Felix landed onto the platform. He was groaning in pain, although not enough to trigger a return to the pick up spot, as despite being slammed onto the return portion of the trip, he wasn't that injured because the slime around him had acted like a perverse airbag. Noah wasn't in pain herself, but felt very weird as she realized a whole bunch of her mass was splattered all over the place. She reformed herself as quickly as she could, and then grabbed Felix to escort him back to the others.

Once she saw the demon, Noah ripped off Felix's blindfold. The other contestants just stared at them, watching the slime girl still reforming from ever more bits of slime traveling back to her, and that included bits traveling off of Felix.

"Noah," Felix said, "I'm never doubting you again, but next time you put me inside of you, can we not be sideways?"

Maybe it was all the nervous energy in the room, or maybe it was just the sheer absurdity of everything that had happened at Harem Hotel coming to a head, but everyone, even the demon, burst out laughing upon hearing that. Noah joined in as well, and Felix laughed as well, although it was more the laughter of someone letting off stress.

"Alright, wasn't really that funny, lets get you back." The demon said, before putting the blindfold on Felix once again, and teleporting him back into the obstacle course.

Noah took that opportunity to rest, letting herself spread out on the floor, and not caring how the rest of the group would react because she needed to let her body recover from she had put it through. The last thing she heard was the demon saying something about her time being just a minute faster than Cameron's at 26 minutes...

"I'll get him next." Z announced as she marched to the door, careful to step around the new slime puddle on the floor.

She would've gone even slower if the contest wasn't based around having a fast time, as not having to deal with Zachary whining in her head was quite blissful for the oni. Still, this was a job, and given she didn't have any heavy armor on, Z could take advantage of her strength in a more flashy way than anyone in the room was anticipating.

Picking the second from the right path, Z charged forwards, running so fast that she built up enough speed to be able to jump right over the pit of spikes and landed on a floating platform with a crash. The oni had just enough time to notice the metal grating that made up most of the floating platform begin to warp from the sheer **** she landed with as she rolled out of her jump and used the moment to go straight into another jump. That jump lasted just long enough for her to reposition in the air so that when her feet hit the concrete wall, she could push off it one more time to get all the way to where Felix was wondering around. In total, she estimated the trip took thirty seconds or less.

Z could be that fearless both because she knew she would come right back if any of her jumps went wrong, and because she had a lot of experience doing this type of thing. After all, she was no stranger to missions where speed was paramount, to the point of only light armor at best being acceptable, and where some vertical movement was necessary to get to an advantageous position. As for VIP rescue, well, she had done that plenty of times as well, and her distaste for humanity didn't prevent her from accomplishing a mission like this one.

When she landed next to Felix, the stone ground cracked from the sheer ****, and as she rolled out of it, she was almost right next to him. "Hey Felix, time to go."

"Okay, there is no possible way you got here that fast." Felix said.

Normally, Z would be furious at someone disrespecting her abilities like that, but she caught herself. Felix had a blindfold on that made him hallucinate, so he was perhaps worried her voice was a trick.

"Well lets see, I'm not Zachary, I've squeezed your dick between my butt checks, and I've promised you the opportunity to fuck my ass the next time we go on a date," Z said.

"... Okay fine, please just get me out of here." Felix held out his arms, which Z took, but then went further.

The oni didn't just take Felix's hand, that wouldn't do given they needed to go back over all those platforms and the dangerous fates that awaited them below. Z instead pulled him into an embrace, and she whispered in his ears, "Hang on like your life depends on it."

Felix did as commanded, even though he was scared of what was about to happen. Z wrapped both her arms around him, so as to better secure him, and then backed up on the platform Felix had been on, so as to get a good amount of clearance for another sprint. She then charged across the platform and jumped at the last second, sailing through the air until she hit a floating platform. The landing was uncomfortable because she couldn't roll out of it, and she had to run along the platform briefly to better change direction for her next jump, but even so, she retained enough momentum to get to the next platform. Then, she did another landing with a quick run into another jump, but then twisted herself in the air, while moving Felix just slightly higher on her body so his feet wouldn't touch the surface before hers did. Once again, she hit the concrete wall, and then did one last jump that caused her to sail through the air with Felix...

... and crash back onto the platform they had started on. Z chose to slide once she hit the ground with Felix, causing them to both slide into the room with the demon and everyone else.

"One boy delivered." Z said as she took the blindfold off a now shaking Felix.

"Damn," the demon said. "That only took two minutes and thirty five seconds."

"I do this kind of thing for a living." Z said as she stretched and then went to relax by the urn.

While the usual ceremony of Felix getting blindfolded again happened, Z decided to look at the group. Everyone was looking at her after all, well, other than Noah who was still a puddle on the floor gradually getting larger as more and more pieces of her found their way back to her body. It made sense, they were in shock at how fast she could do it, and envious of that speed, as most in the room had no chance of matching it. That suited her just fine, as most of them were mere humans who had no business competing with a creature like her in a contest requiring physical strength...

"Well, I think I'm the only one here who can even potentially beat that." Janessa said as she picked her way over and around the slime all over the floor.

Once Janessa got out of the meeting area, she chose the rightmost path through the obstacle course. While it was a sheer chasm, it didn't matter, because she could fly, and upon taking off found Felix by just looking around. He looked like he had just teleported back, and hadn't even starting wondering around yet. She had to do a quick hard left turn to avoid what looked like the wall of a cavern, but otherwise, her flight to Felix was trivial.

As for persuading Felix to come back with her though, that would be trickier. While the blindfold hadn't had time to poison his mind with its words, she was sure that he would have misgivings. After all, the blindfold would potentially start working overtime to feed him hallucinations to make her untrustworthy. However, she had thought ahead about this possibility.

Janessa Smith hadn't been sitting idle with her massive amount of BP. She had checked various options at the kiosks Wednesday night while Felix was dating Z. Her first purchase of course was the details of the competition for 1500 BP. The knowledge that the competition was primarily an obstacle course almost made her laugh from how easy it would be, given that she could fly, but the need to gain the master's trust brought that confidence to an end, and motivated her next purchase: A 500 BP ticket that, when ripped, allowed the fallen angel's voice to affect the master for one conversation.

That purchase was why Janessa was why when she landed on the stone platform with Felix, she took out a ticket and ripped it up, activating its effect. "Felix, it's time to go."

Initially, he didn't respond, because Felix was too busy grabbing his crotch from having a massive hard on. He had chosen to dress him in a T-shirt and jeans that day, not the demon gave him that many other options from what Janessa could tell, which meant his dick was very confined. She realized the downside of her plan was that, while he would be more submissive towards her, her voice also made him absurdly horny. Worse, because of other magic from the demon, Felix couldn't cum without being touched by a woman, preferably one from his harem.

"... Janessa? You don't sound like yourself..." Felix said between breaths, as he was now so outrageously horny.

Janessa walked up to Felix, and whispered into his ear, "How about you let me touch you so that you can get some sweet relief, and we can get the fuck out of here."

He managed to nod in response to that, and it was all the permission the fallen angel needed to, once again, pull his pants and underwear down. She then gave him a quick, unceremonious handjob that was really just acting as permission for his body to cum which it would have otherwise. To amuse herself, Janessa aimed his cum all over the stone platform he stood on so that everyone else who arrived would know what she had time to do.

"Good boy," Janessa said putting his clothes back on. "Now hold on tight."

Felix managed to get his arms around her before Janessa Smith took off from the platform he had been on, and flew all the way back to the starting area. She even flew into the room where everybody else was, setting him down right next to the demon.

"We had some delays, but I think I did that pretty fast." Janessa said while taking off Felix's blindfold.

"Three minutes and thirty-seven seconds," the demon said. "So quick, but not as quick as Z I'm afraid."

The fallen angel nodded at that while she went to sit down with the others. Felix only got the chance to look around, looking to be in shock from how quickly he had been brought back twice in a row now. But before that could lead to anything, the demon came up behind him, blindfolded him again, and sent him on his merry way.

While Janessa looked around the room, her eyes met with Cameron's, who she noticed was glaring at her for some reason. Did she know about the handjob, and feel possessive over her boyfriend? Or was this about something else? The demon had singled her out when discussing getting the master's permission which meant that she was going to have a very uncomfortable relationship with the contestant that was rapidly becoming Felix's first girlfriend...
