A rough trip

The day started with you being late and Jess tearing you apart for not being ready earlier. You two met up with the other six girls that mocked you for needing your beauty sleep. Each girl was wearing some sort of dress or skirt with a version of a crop top or tube top. These girls looked like they were ready to hit the beach the moment they got off the airplane. Security was a breeze and that when you learned at the terminal that you would not be sitting with them. “Sorry bro! I forgot to mention that seat was a solo seat…” Jess said as she gave a wave and left with the other six girls. You had to wait another 10 minutes before you could board but once aboard you saw the seven of them happily chatting as well as a few of them gave you a little wave as you went to your seat. You really didn’t mind being alone as you knew you were going to have this whole trip to spend with them.

You are unfortunately one of the last to get off the plane so the group of girls are not waiting for you right outside. You decide to just head over to the baggage claim and maybe they’ll be there too waiting for their luggage. You don’t immediately see them as you wait for your bag to appear on the luggage carousel. You finally find it and begin to scan for their whereabouts. You finally see them as Jess waved you down to join them. You quickly make your way over and look at the seven women with their lack of luggage and wonder if maybe you had overpacked since they all had was their carryons.

Carly, one of Jess’s best friends, chuckled as she saw you grab your suitcase. “How much stuff did you bring for this trip?”

“Sorry I kinda just packed everything just to be prepared,” you say rubbing the back of your head in embarrassment. “Aren’t we gonna be here for almost a week?”

“Yes but most of our time will be the beach and maybe clubbing,” Monica said as she poked your nose.

“Cmon gals and Johnny! Let’s get a ride to our hotel and then hit the beach,” Jess said as they made their way outside and felt the scorching heat against their skin. You can’t help but smile as the weather was definitely going to encourage the girls to dress down to their bathing suits.
