It all began when he was 15 years old. Julian grew up in a shady, poor quarter of a big American city. When Julian woke up, he felt terrible. His head hurt and his muscles ached. He tried to get up, but when he reached for a nearby handle to pull himself up, the thing got suddenly smashed on the ground and immediately got flat like a stamp. In shock he fell out of the bed but suddenly floated in the air. He got panic and things around him began to move towards him or float around as well.

The doctor, high from his ****, accidentally injected him a very rare serum for a tier 3 superpower. Gravitation control level 2. Very rare, very expensive and very difficult to handle. A heroine called Cosmic was able to withstand the enormous pressure around Julian and helped him to get his powers under basic control. They took him to a save place, showed him how to use his powers without accidentally creating a black hole and questioned him about how he got them.

Julian was brought to a courtroom afterwards. The judge called his actions the peak of irresponsibility, but accepted that it all happened out of a lack of control and not out of greed or malice. Julian received a juvenile sentence of 15 years for recklessly endangering the public and violating the superpowers control regulations. Tier 3 powers are not a joke after all. But at least it was not his fault, since he did not ask for them.
