The guys keeps clearing the air between them

Just a few days ago, Brandon would most likely have been both shocked and soon very angry about the whole thing, but with all that happened since then he could only stare in mild surprise at his good friend. It still seemed so wrong of course - as he repeated Zachary's confession in his head -, and he could see both him and Gavin looking uneasily at one another, and then back to himself again.

"Well, I guess it kinda makes us even then...?" He finally said, while leaning himself on the boat they'd just helped carrying down to the beach, and then glanced up at Zack again with a weak smile on his face. "She's... one damn fine girl though, don't you think...?"

"Yeah..." His friend hesitated before replying, and again looked back to Gavin, as if wanting to ask for an opinion from him as well. "She really is, Bran. I'm... just sorry it turned out like this...!"

"No, I'm fine really...!" Brandon tried to reassure him, as he could tell that neither of his two friends could really believe he'd say that, and his own smile widened slightly when he considered the weirdness of the situation. At one hand he'd prefer to just try and forget the whole thing altogether, like none of this trip ever happened, but at the other he found himself more curious than grieving. "But could you tell me what happened though? I thought you were the one driving...?"

"Well, we stopped as we reached the last road up to the cabin..." Zack confessed, while finally seeming to accept that his friend wasn't actually mad with him, though he still had obvious problems deciding where to start his story. "She and Heather was already going at it in the backseat, and I just didn't know what to do with myself..."

"Ashley and Heather?" Both the other two guys repeated - Brandon just nodding knowingly, while Gavin seemed just a bit more surprised -, and they both seemed to agree it must have been quite an experience. What Zack couldn't really know was that Brandon had already seen this first hand himself, though it was becoming obvious now that both he and Gavin had a pretty good idea about some of the two girls habits. "Well, I guess I can't blame you for wanting to join then, man..."

"It wasn't just that though..." Zachary continued, as he remembered his own indignation while he listened to the two girls talking about Victoria, and then shut himself up for a moment as his worries for the sweet girl flared up in his chest again. He didn't really want to pull her name into this discussion as well though, but felt like it was likely unavoidable if they'd keep talking like this. For all he know, with all the sexy craziness going on, it wouldn't be too unlikely to hear both Brandon and Gavin had already had a turn with her each... "They kinda ticked me off as well..."

"Yeah, I'd think they'd be pretty good at that." Brandon even smiled openly now, and the other two guys couldn't keep from returning it as they'd both seen the girls acting during the game they'd played last evening. He still wanted to hear the whole story though, and urged his friend on to continue. "What were they talking about then? And did you get to them both, or just Ashley...?"

"Yeah, it could as well have been Heather..." The other guy admitted, while shaking his head as if trying to clear it of memories. "It just happened to be Ash on top when I stepped out of the car, and just couldn't help myself..."

"And they were talking about Vicky." He continued then, but was definitively hesitating again, while he looked from one of his friends to the other. "It seems like they've both been onto her as well...?"

"Yeah, that's true..." Gavin confirmed - while Brandon looked rather shocked at the revelation -, though he didn't seem willing to give any details to how he could be so certain. Instead he turned to Zack, with an apologizing look on his face. "I'm sorry Zack, I just didn't get around to tell you...!"

"Victoria...?" Brandon wondered out loud, and then put a few things together as he could see the glance the other two shared between them, and realized he'd been right in thinking that his friend had a secret crush on the sweet blonde since some time back. "I really didn't know about that...!"

"Yeah, so Ashley's been around a bit around your back before then..." Zack gave him a wry little smile, that he returned with a quick scoff, and noticed that Gavin too could see something funny about the whole situation. But then he looked a little more anxious though, as he glanced back to the others again. "So what else do we got then...?"

"Well, I've only ever been together with Chloe really." Said Gavin, just a little too quickly, and then hesitated as he seemed to think about it for a second. "Well... Heather's been harassing me for the last few days, and I got rather close to Vicky this morning..."

"Well, she's not been unaffected by all this either..." Brandon agreed, and suddenly remembered his incident in the forest a few days back, which caused him to suddenly blush a little for some reason. "I kinda mistook her for Ashley a couple of days ago, and she got... unexpectedly friendly with me, after I grabbed her bottom..."

"Oh...?" Zack would actually have loved to hear a bit more of that, but at the same time he was glad to see that neither of his two friends had actually got any further than that with the girl. That meant Ashley and Heather could still be right about some things they'd said however, and once again the picture of that strap-on dildo that the former of them had bought back in town popped up in his mind. "Uh... Perhaps we should go back to the cabin again by the way...? And check if the girls are alright?"

"Yeah, I think you're right." Brandon agreed, with Gavin nodding as well, though they remembered on their way back that they were supposed to take out the grill as well. This seemed like a minor problem among many however, though Brandon even laughed a bit as he walked side to side with his two friends. "Well, I'm glad we cleared the air a bit at least...!"
