The tab I'm currently on was Quest Master. Other than that, there are a Targets tab, a perk tree tab, and settings. Well, I don't have any perk points, so I assume I can't do anything in the perk tree for now. Well, actually, it might explain the 2 perks I do have. I click and have a look.

Quest Designer I: Allows the creation of basic one-step quests.

Recommended Reward I: Create a recommended reward for basic quests.

Other than these two, there are a bunch of upgrades for this system, more targets, class designer, perception alteration for both targets and others and many more perks. Wait, what does Class Designer do?

Class Designer (5 perk points): Give a class to a target, increasing class-related features as they level up.

I will remember this. However, what would using this do? Should I? I will ask for a second opinion.

Roos throws my coat at me and says, "We decided to go for tapas. No worries, Anne and I will cover for you."

They drag me towards a nearby tapas place. I smile as the five of us head towards the place, partially delirious, after a long time concentrating. I absent-mindedly say, "What would you do if you had an app randomly download on your phone?"

Bart, the most awake of the five of us, asks: "What does the app do?"

"I know it allows me to make quests, and those quests give rewards to targets. I was too freaked out to look more into it."

Anne asks: "Did you try to remove it?"

"Yep...."

A silence follows, and Roos, ever the tease, breaks it by saying: "Well, I would then try to figure out what it does by testing it."

"What are the options for targets?" I ask myself out loud while opening the app. I click targets and get a menu to add a target. Everyone here is on the list, as well as my younger sister, my father, my mother, my cousins, old teachers, and basically anyone I ever interacted with. "All of you are options to be targets. So any volunteers?"

Author's note: I wanted to make sure people could write their own branch naturally after introducing the app, but I also wanted to end the previous story on a good note and make a dumb follow-up question with a forgone conclusion.
