A chat between Chloe and Heather in the kitchen

"So, how was your trip then...?" Of course Brandon would try -and fail -, to act like nothing had actually happened while the others were gone, which caused Chloe to quickly try and escape while all the three guys sat down together in the living room. Victoria seemed to sense there was something going on as well, or she simply preferred to stay in her room a while, as she'd already headed back to her room again.

That left only Heather - who seemed completely untroubled by anything -, and Chloe found herself following the brunette as she carried the things they'd bought into the kitchen, rather than being left alone with the guys.

"Something wrong, Chloe...?" The other girl asked when she noticed her - reminding the redhead of a similar situation during yesterday evening -, but continued unpacking things into the fridge. This time she wasn't angry with the lecherous brunette however, but rather even found some slight comfort in seeing that familiar grin on her lips.

"Yeah, there is..." She found herself confessing, and realized that Heather could well be the only one she knew who she could ask for some kind of advice on matters like these. She just had to swallow her own sense of pride first, but still try and act like they were both on the same level. "I'd just like to know... if you got any extra contraceptives with you...?"

"Why, are you running out already?" The other girl of course had to tease her about it, but at least had the mind to be seriously concerned when she noticed the look on her friend's face. "Because you did bring some with you in the first place, right...?"

"Not really..." Chloe was highly unwilling to confess her own utter stupidity, but knew that it had to be said sooner or later, and she was again surprised as the other girl showed her sympathy.

"Well, I'm only on the pill myself..." Said the brunette eventually, and was quick to give her a word of warning that they might not start working right away, unless she'd been using them until recently. When Chloe embarrassedly confessed that she hadn't however, the other girl finally couldn't keep from breaking into a smile again.

"Then you're in some serious trouble, girl..." She told her, as if she wasn't fully aware of that herself already, and then in the same teasing manners. "Unless you intend to keep finishing your lovers like you did with Gavin, of course...?"

"Not really..." Chloe mumbled as she remembered the incident that Heather had somehow found out about, and wondered only briefly if it would actually be an option to do only the foreplay part to be safe. It wasn't like she'd ever been addicted to sex before, but right now it felt like someone had opened a door to a whole different world for her, only to slam it shut in her face after just a quick look at what was waiting at the other side.

Heck, even just talking about her problems like this was making her well aware of what she'd been missing out on, and she really wouldn't find it fair if she'd have to go for several days in wait for that stupid pill to take effect! Not to mention that she first had to go back to town and get some for herself...

"Well, you could always try and make sure he pulls out in time..." Heather pondered out loud, although they both knew that it wasn't really a safe way at all. "Or you could do with the alternatives, though I wouldn't really recommend them..."

"Why...?" The redhead couldn't keep from jumping this small chance at firing back at the other girl, though she already knew it wouldn't affect her much. "Do you have to practice for years just to do it like you?"

"Oh, not at all!" The brunette just smiled back at her, and had a certain gleam in her eyes as closed the distance between them, until they were practically face to face with one another. "You know, I wasn't actually talking about what me and Brandon was doing in the cellar... Although I guess I could be of some assistance on that matter too, if you'd like...?"

Now this was something that Chloe hadn't been prepared for at all, and she couldn't keep from blushing as it seemed her own sour comment just backfired onto herself...
