Chapter 582 by lew54321 lew54321

Who is the one to speak up?

Kiss and tell

“I’m starting to feel a little left out, so, could I say your name?” Grace asked, directing her attention over to Rebecca.

Rebecca looked surprised that Grace would even ask the question and that seemed to be the same for everyone in the room. Even you were but you and Mom seemed to be the ones to shake it off quicker than everyone else, having heard some of the more crazy stories of what Grace had gotten up to in college and feeling like this was more on brand for her than the others would have considered.

Rebecca took a moment to process what was being asked but she quickly saw a moment of vulnerability pass over Grace’s expression that sped up her giving an answer.

“I… I mean sure. Who wouldn’t want to kiss you… I mean I…” Rebecca replied, revealing too much and starting to back track.

“Sweet, Rebecca!” Grace proclaimed, Rebecca’s name sounding like it was sung from Grace’s lips.

Grace eagerly got up and went to stand by Rebecca's side, hovering over her and the arm of the couch that Rebecca was leaning against.

You leant down as Rebecca stared up at her, giving everyone a great view as the kiss started, almost like she had positioned herself purposefully so that everyone could watch. Even with the music now playing, the room felt like it quietened as all the attention was drawn to the two of them. Grace took the lead and cupped Rebecca’s cheek with one of her hands, setting the speed and being the one to end the kiss.

They parted and it took Rebecca a few extra moments to open her eyes again once they finished, as if **** to let the moment end. When she did open her eyes, she didn’t act nervous like before, having already gone through this song and dance five times by this point.

Grace looked proud of herself now that she had been included and sent a smirk and a wink your way as she sat back down, happy to have had the opportunity to get involved.

You still had the bottle in your hand at this point but you could see that everyone’s attention was split, yours included as everyone’s attention was silently being drawn towards Sarah, the only person to have not kissed Rebecca yet.

Grace had set a precedent by volunteering and now Sarah had picked up on it too. The both of them locked eyes for a moment but neither were the type of person to initiate in this sort of situation. Not without some outside intervention at least.

“Truth or Dare, Sarah?” you announced, having just placed the bottle down facing her while everyone had seemed preoccupied.

At that point, you leaned back and finally started to give Emma the shoulder massage that you had promised and used it as a way to keep yourself busy while Sarah tried to catch up on the situation.

If anyone had seen what you did, none of them commented on in, being more interested in what Sarah was going to pick.

Sarah did look suspiciously between you and the bottle, seeing that it was pointing directly at her with no room for her to suggest that it could be for anyone else.

“I know what you are going to make me do though.” Sarah said, having a very valid point.

“You have the choice on how you do it though. A truth or a Dare” you joked back, deciding to give her another choice on top of that.

“How about if you decide to do it before you make a choice, I’ll let you off with a easier truth or dare?” you suggested, a plan forming in your mind.

She thought it over but not for long, seeing that she could at least make this easier on herself. It wasn’t like she didn’t want to kiss Rebecca either, her cheeks having been a constant red ever since the idea of the kiss had come to her. Sarah looked over at Rebecca and managed to keep eye contact instead of just looking away in embarrassment, wanting to make sure that she had Rebecca’s consent before she continued.

“At this point, I think it would be rude not to let you kiss me” she said, starting off with a joke.

“But yes, I’d be happy for you to say my name Sarah” Rebecca continued, giving Sarah a warm smile to try and not scare her off.

Sarah moved from the opposite sofa and quickly sat down in front of Rebecca, still looking slightly intimidated that she was about to kiss her teacher. As if psyching herself up, you saw her chest rise as she took a deep breath before she leaned forward, Rebecca meeting her the rest of the way there as they started to kiss.

Rebecca had rarely led any of these kisses but she gave Sarah a push by bringing Sarah’s hand up to rest on her face, doing the same in return to her as well.

The idea that Rebecca had kissed everyone in the room before you tonight did make you smile to yourself and you were sure that this would hopefully calm her down about getting introduced to everyone one on one. It hadn’t been what you had planned but it worked to make your goals that much more achievable in the end.

The kiss stayed light and they slowly broke apart, with a sense that it could easily start back up again if either of them gave even the smallest of signals.

Emma once again gave a round of applause and a few whistles while you massaged her shoulders, which made Sarah rush back to her sofa as if that was her safe space to hide.

“And you didn’t even say her name. Bravo” you revealed, having kept that to yourself until after they were finished.

Sarah quickly looked between you and Rebecca with her mouth caught open, unsure of how to proceed once she realised her mistake.

“But I’m not mean enough to go back on my deal over that. So, truth or dare Sarah?” you asked, making sure Sarah knew you would still go easy on her.

“T-truth” Sarah answered, wanting an option that let her stay where she was seated.

“How many people do you want to kiss in this room?” you questioned, picking something that was relevant to the situation at hand.

Sarah for the briefest moment scanned her eyes around the room before she stared down at her lap, refusing to make eye contact with anyone. Her hands nervously went to her lap as she went to scrunch up the front of her dress, having to loosen her grip when she realised she might reveal she was wearing nothing underneath it if she bunched it up any more.

“E-Everyone…” she revealed lightly under her breath, managing to speak quietly but just enough that everyone managed to still hear her even with the music in the background.

Author's note: Back from break! :)

How does everyone react to Sarah’s answer?
