Now, seated at your desk, in your office, at the firm you work for you submit to the grind and the loving coax of more money.

Arnold, your supervisor knocks on your cubicle wall to announce his presence. "Yo, Zorgoth. We've got a new analyst. I need you to show her the ropes. She's just in the waiting room. Ya' got it?"

You meet his eyes and give a firm nod.

"Great. Keep it up, Destroyer."

You finish the set you're on before rising from your office chair and making your way to the waiting area on the other end of the floor. There, seated in a black plastic chair that was prettier than it was comfortable, is a petite woman of South Asian descent. She is toying with a plain bagel she got from the complimentary concessions table, contemplating eating it. She has long black hair lied into a long thick braid and is dressed in a suit that fits her well. The kind you wouldn't mind seeing more of in a place like this. She's wearing a pair of thin, brown glasses and looks up at you over them with big brown eyes when you greet her. "Hello, Miss? My name is Brendan. I was told to come get you and show you around the office."

"Oh," says the young woman, "I was told that I would be meeting someone named, er... Zorgoth. Do you know that name?" Her words were colored by a thick Gujrati accent.

"Uh, yeah. I'm him. He's me. Uh, that's... what they call me." You extend your hand to shake hers.

"My name is Priya Sharmapujeti." She reaches out to take your offered hand but you see her suddenly wince and clutch her stomach.

"Oh! Oh my," she says, "I'm so sorry. But I have to go. I'm having some troubles, you know..."

"It's alright," you assure, "the bathroom is just through that door."

"Okay. I'll only be a minute." She hands you the bagel she was holding.
