Who Found The Rulebook?

Jake couldn’t help the crewel smirk that spread across his lips as his mind raced with ideas. Thought coming to his mind then being discarded just as quickly for how many complications they might have.

“The power to shape the world to my whims, lets hope I have the wisdom to not accidently blow it, Literally.”

Jake sat at that table contemplating what he would like his first rules to be while sipping his coffee and enjoying the nice show of the topless baristas working behind the counter.

It was only as he glanced at a beaded bracelet he got from a recent estate sale that he realized that he was going to be late to the next few sales if he didn’t hurry up.

“Then again this does kind of invalidate ever needing to search for a good deal again. I wonder”

Old Rule: Slavery is legal in the world however it only applies to sex slaves.

New Rule: Due to the expense and hassle of keeping a sex **** most slaves will go into a Temporary enslavement contract were made that last anywhere from a week to a Year. At the end of the contract the **** is free and can’t be resold by the family for at least another year.

“New rule: It is a well-hidden secret in the Estate and garage sale community that the families will also sell their daughters or other slaves at these sales at extremely cheap rates.”

Smirking to himself Jake looked over his notes but couldn’t help feel that he was missing a little more.

Old rule: Sex slaves are treated like exotic pets and are to be well taken care of. Failure to take care of a sex **** can result in heavy jail time.

Jake nodded to himself. He was a monster but he wasn’t without at least some twisted sense of fairness.

“Knowing people I’d rather not have the world devolve into some dystopian nightmare. I like my comforts”

Jakes watch beeps and reminds him he has places to be.

He hops into his old but reliable car and starts driving to the nice part of town where all the best estate sales are.

Along the way he sees a few signs for garage sales and wonders if it would be worth it to stop at them first since they were close by or just make his way over to the Estate.
