No. It really wasn't...
Date With A Dragoness: Part Seven - Distracted Guide
Tia led us through The Rose Palace’s main gate, a large carved set of open double doors. The handles were thick metal vines, popping out from the rose bush imagery with thorns sharper than a normal rose vine. Thankfully, none of us had to open the heavy gate, though I imagine that the staff would dread it if they ever had to close the gate.
Up the short path and into the building itself, the foyer alone was a large hall, decorated with a number of paintings, designs, statues and furniture befitting the theme of class and sin. The staff in here were dressed in black, though not in the usual types of uniforms I’d seen before, their tightly fitting outfits showing off all the features they were proud of, even going as far as to outright leave some parts of their bodies exposed. I’d have been lying if I had promised to keep my mind on Ari for the whole night, as the display was nothing short of enticing.
Even the short goblin at the desk was wearing next to nothing, a pair of stockings complimenting her risky outfit, her large tits threatening to spill from their flimsy corset-like confines. To add to this, she didn’t seem to care in the slightest when she practically bounced up onto the desk, her greeting a swift bow to Tia. There was a dangerous wobble when she came back up, the soft flesh rippling hypnotically.
Her glance swept over the three of us quickly, “Empress! Welcome back! And guests I see! Welcome to The Rose Palace, the prized flower amongst our wonderous garden!” She said, in a chipper tone that sounded surprisingly genuine.
Tia didn’t stop walking toward the goblin, that sashay slowing like she was coiling up for attack, “My lovely Dahlia, I do believe I asked you to stay off the desk? But then again, I suppose it’s a tradition at this point…” She had started, getting barely a metre away before striking, her arms lashing out as she hung half way over the desk, a giggling goblin in her hands, “…and now you will get your punishment for breaking the rules! Daisy, if you would?” She addressed another attendant at the desk. She was somehow managing to balance on her stomach, the desk just barely high enough to have lifted her off the ground, though from my view, I could see the hints of a slit in the centre of Tia’s figure, no underwear in sight…
Daisy was a minotaur, around three times my height, and packed with muscle, though notably wearing a lot more clothing than Eekaa would have, a suit jacket bulging with her figure. Daisy nodded to Tia before coming over, a smile on her face. She picked up the chaotic package with one hand, supporting her like a swing set, the other helping Tia get back on her feet. Dahlia pouted, her arms crossed under her tits, once again threatening the foyer with a nice view.
“Damn, I was so close, I demand someone to fuck me for this!” She complained.
Tia took a breath in before waving the pair off. “You can have Mariel…” she seemingly relented. Dahlia’s arms shot up, before a hushed, ‘crap!’ was spoken, right as Daisy turned around. It seems that the foyer got that view after all…
Turning to us, Tia continued the slightly distracted guide, “Anyway! I believe we have a room to get to?”
I nodded while Ari agreed, “Mm, yes, I have to say, the attendants have improved since I was here last.”
The two spoke about Ari’s last time while we walked, how the staff had half a week off, and at least 2 people were genuinely in a daze from the orgy Ari had apparently started. Where they got all that energy was beyond me, though if it was anything like my interaction with Lia, it would have been possible I suppose…
Getting my head out of those thoughts, I realised we had gone through a side door in the hall, a long corridor ahead of us opening out to a larger space. In that space was a large lift. An actual lift. The size of a room.
“Woah…” I said, expecting to have to climb ten stories of stairs. This made a lot more sense, though the scale of wealth was still insane considering the decorations it sported and the fact it was wider than some houses.
Tia agreed, opening the lift’s doors for us. “Indeed, my kobold friend, this piece of technology is far better than a set of stairs. In we go now.”
It was like a room fenced off from the rest of the palace, a couch in the middle providing a place to rest, while the entire contraption was hidden under decorative stone or iron. We all stepped in, and a moment after the gate was closed, a large ‘clunk’ sounded from below and above simultaneously, as if it were built exclusively for the top room.
It moved fairly quickly, the space above coming closer far faster than I thought it would, dwarfing the speed of staircases. To add to the awe, the ride was smooth, and before I knew it, we were standing at the top, like we’d just been gently lifted by Fos himself. That was…
“Anticlimactic?” Tia seemingly read my mind.
“Yeah… wait what?” I quickly questioned.
“We get it all the time, our grand elevator is a little too efficient for any real interest I’m afraid.” She admitted, continuing by giving praise for my first time on one, “I’m surprised you kept your balance. I’ve seen all manor of indecencies from those least expecting it.” She said cheekily, opening the door for us. Outside was a small waiting room, decorated similarly to the rest of the palace, and beyond it was likely the main dinner room for this level, I’d guess.
Ari left first, her stride confident, much unlike mine, though I would say I’ve stated to get used to walking in these shoes. Not that I was ever going to get used to the feeling of wearing them. And even if I did, how did a person even start walking like every second was a show?
Tia sashayed from the lift entrance to the only door available up hear. Her precise movements reminded me that it was in fact possible to turn heads just by walking. The look on Ari’s face as she passed suggested that she too was at least a little jealous.
The door was easily unlocked as Tia addressed us. “Alright, your room is through here, Cherry and Rose have been waiting for you two, a perfect night awaits you!”
We stepped through the doorway ahead of the empress...
