By later that day, everybody's clothes are already dry.

Thankfully, the rest is uneventful. No other storm approaches, at least for the time being. It's smooth sailing, especially compared to the evening before. Two nights have passed, so you're over halfway there now. This may be the final time you sleep aboard the Sky Warren before reaching the Isle of Cryonition. Then a lot if improvisation will be required. Thankfully, that's become your specialty.

After arriving on the burning hot side of the island in secret, you'll have the circle around the path into the frozen lands of the other half, and eventually that'll lead you past the center of the island, and far above that is Thunderbeard's floating fortress. Either something will be obviously present to take you up, or you'll need to investigate the port a farther way along. Regardless, you'll need to brave some intense environments as you brave a land you know little about. There could be a large number of other pirates, and there's no telling what sort of monsters they keep, or powers they have. And on top of that, two supposed goddesses of fire and ice rule the entire area below.

Some are tidying up after the storm last night. Though the ship held together, there's still occasional debris, and the deck and sails could use some maintenance. Others are training, playing, or meditating on what's soon to come. This isn't the first time you've been out at sea with a chunk of your allies for an extended period of time, though between last time and this one, you've rarely been away from home for so long. Back when you sneaked into Elok Daven's lair alone, you reflected on this as well. You can't imagine a life without everybody anymore.

You've met so many people since coming to Abso. And with most you know, you've become quite intimate with. It makes you wonder about your future a little. Perhaps one day you'll actually get married, and maybe even have a family. If that were the case, you wonder who you'd be with. Maybe one amongst the others would be your queen, while the others would be your consorts in a sort of harem. Or maybe you'd marry every last one of them, without any above the rest. You may have your preferences of some girls over others, or you might not even entertain the idea of ever choosing. Either way, they'll all likely remain in your life.

With time to spare, you check in on your friends. They might not be so deeply contemplative as you are right now, however.
