Who is Sue Storm's victim?
Wolverine (Laura Kinney)
"Who do you need killed?" Laura Kinney asked, before she took a sip of coffee.
Sue Storm blinked. She had invited the new Wolverine to meet at a Starbucks near the Baxter Building, neutral ground. The slim, dark-haired woman was actually an inch shorter than Sue, and both of them wore their costumes openly—it being New York City, that barely caused a second glance.
What surprised Sue was that the young woman before her radiated the same kind of intensity as her biological source. Though slimmer and definitely female, the new Wolverine had the same aura of barely-contained ****. The same killer's look in her green eyes. The Invisible Woman offered a weak smile.
"No one. I actually need your nose," the blonde said. "There's a new villain. We know they're somewhere in Manhattan, but they're not in any of the S.H.I.E.L.D. or Avengers files. However, they've left some biological samples behind. I'm hoping that you could use your enhanced sense of smell to track him down, and then we can both deal with him."
Which was all true. It had to be. Wolverine would have smelled if Sue was lying. As it was, she could probably tell Sue was hiding something...or nervous. The young woman had gotten very quiet.
"Something wrong?" Sue asked.
"No," Wolverine said, then a little color rose to her cheeks. "It's just you're, ah, about to start your period. Kind of distracting."
Now it was the Invisible Woman's turn to blush. Then she laughed. It broke the stillness, and Wolverine gave a shy smile. While the former X-23 might be a stone-cold killer, she was also an under-socialized young woman, barely out of her teens.
"Alright. I'll help you. Let's go outside, where there's some clean air."
They stood up, friends now. Or at least, not as suspicious of each other. Wolverine led the way, through the familiar streets to Central Park. Out in a field where she could escape, at least a little, from the smells of tens of thousands of cars, millions of people. The air was still.
"Okay. Give me the sample."
Sue took a small vial of Porkum's jizz from a slim pocket sewn into her costume. This was the moment of truth. If Wolverine's powers worked the way that Sue thought, then her enhanced sense of smell and animalistic nature would make her especially susceptible to Porkum's pheromones. Tracking him down would basically be delivering another cock-warmer to the pig-man's ample lap.
Laura unscrewed the vial and took a deep sniff. Almost immediately, the young woman shuddered. Her whole body spasmed, and the slim young woman seemed to collapse in on herself. Sue stepped forward and caught the young woman as she fell. Like the older Wolverine, she was heavier than she looked, all dense bone and muscle, plus the adamantium that laced her claws.
Swiftly, the young woman recovered, though Sue still supported her, the mutant's legs still shaking.
"Are you okay?" Sue asked, genuine concern in her voice. "What happened?"
"J-just a...very strong...smell," Laura said. Yet beneath the mask, Sue could see that the young woman's skin was flushed. Sweat ran from beneath the mask. Her nose twitched as the breeze caught up, and Wolverine's breasts heaved as she sucked in air. A pitiful soft whine issued from deep in the young mutant's throat.
"Okay. I have the scent. Let's hunt," Wolverine said, and stood on her own now.
Wolverine's nose led the way. Sue stayed silent, one step behind her. She knew where they should be going—to the former pork-packing plant that was Porkum's lair. Laura was finding her way by walking street after street, her mutant nose picking through the millions of different senses, zeroing in on that location.
Sue could feel the tension in the young woman. Saw the way her forearm muscles bunched and unbunched, the tips of her claws extending and retracting. How her nostrils flared, the way she walked in a half-crouch, as if stalking her prey. Every now and again, the young woman's hand went to her midriff, a gesture that shook Sue's maternal instincts.
"Are you okay?" Sue asked, as they neared the pork-packing plant.
"Fine," Wolverine said with determination. "Just a...very masculine smell. Wasn't expecting it. I think it triggered my ovulation. Two weeks early."
"Oh," Sue said. "Oh, wow. Well, um, if you want to go back, wait for—"
"No," Laura said with sudden, pitiful need. "We're here! He's here!"
She pointed to the building. Sue Storm took a deep breath. The Invisible Woman hadn't known Laura Kinney long, but she still felt the weight of her betrayal. Basically delivering a lamb up to the slaughter.
Sue Storm's gaze drifted downward. Although this lamb did have a particularly tight little ass.
How does Wolverine react to meeting Porkum in person?
