Chapter 5

Several Weeks Later. Do you keep your (Fiona's Job)?
No, the hospital's bribe cover all your expenses and you need to get used to this body.
It has been more than a month in Fiona's body, but you still get both aroused and ashamed as you have a shower or every time you notice your own body, really. You barelly leave home. Your wife was in good terms with Fiona, so it's not suspicious she ended up becoming friendlier with her... meaning you, specially after you were one of few people attending at her _'husband's funeral'. _She really was helpful helping you around, specially last week as you went through your first period.
Since you barely leave Fiona's home (no, your home, you should really start to think of yourself as Fiona if you don't want to get into trouble) and have quit your job, you have decided to take back your teenage hobby, writting, semi-proffesionally to avoid arising suspicion. You even posted some chapters' drafts on reddit asking for opinions.
But you can take it anymore. You need to see your family, even if only your wife knows it is you in Fiona's skin. You phoned Pam and invited yourself for tea.
A few hours later, you're there, sitting at your family table with Pam and your children, Austin, Mark and Sara. Your heart is pounding but, as your start to consider this wasn't as good of an idea, Pam mentions your team's last match. Your family, boys and girls and parents alike have always be really good fans of Boston Celtics. The familiar topic seems to soothe your heart and help you engage in conversation with your family. Your only problems now are stopping yourself from mentioning players from befor Fiona's birth or speaking too much as a man or as a dad.
"So, in summary, not a good match yesterday overall, but fortunatelly, the high presicion at three point shots saved us, don't you think, Austin?" you ask.
"Yeah, I guess..." Austin says. He and Mark have been unprecedentedly silent today when talking about basketball.
"I don't completely agree, Miss Fiona. Can I call you Miss Fiona or should I use your surname? Well, I mean, it doesn't matter how much precision whe achieve at three-pointers, had we not defended just right, every point would have been for naught. We won because we stopped Mavericks from scorin as much as we did." Sara says. That's more like it, at least one of your children is acting normally today.
"You are too polite, Sara, you can call me any way you prefer." You say. As you do, you notice Mark and Austin looking at each other, blush and smirk while surreptitiously gazing at you for a split second. Damn it. If this body gets you aroused, of course it will get some young men aroused. Shit.
The conversation goes on for some more time, then you excuse yourself and go back home, coock yourself some dinner and go to bed.
Once in bed, do you sleep until morning or are you unable to sleep?

The Ultimate Transplant
Someone you know is given a new body & life
PLEASE ADD CHAPTERS! A close friend or family member is horribly injured in an accident. As they lay dying in the emergency room, another patient dies of a brain aneurysm. Both of them are organ donors, so a surgeon decides it's the perfect opportunity for him to try an experimental surgery. He transplants the victim's higher brain (the cerebellum) to the donor's body in an attempt to 'save' a life. Amazingly it works. But the surgery was not approved so the hospital convinces the families to keep quiet, arguing that revealing this operation to the public would bring never-ending media attention to all involved. That means that the patient will have to publicly assume the identity of the donor. What will this mean to your friends and family? Who else will you tell? Although you will spend a lot of time and effort giving support, how will all this alter your relationship to the patient? And how will he or she adapt to a complete change of body and identity? Many transformation stories focus on the change or victim, so I thought it would be interesting to instead have the POV be someone who sees the change from the outside. Writers feel free to explore a change in age, gender, class or ethnicity - and the repercussions that change would have on the main character (and others).
