They both have a different agenda

Another few minutes passed while Chloe was simply leaning back into Gavin's arms, while he continued his gentle fondling of her full breasts. But eventually they both knew it would be time to head back again, before someone was starting to look for them, or they simply got a little too used to this newly found fondness for each other.

"Gavin...?" She finally asked him, and he could tell by the look in her eyes that she'd started to get back to reality again. He knew it was bound to happen, but felt just a pang of sadness for having to leave so soon.

"Yeah, I know..." He nodded, and smiled as he could see the hint of surprise in those lovely blue eyes. Then there was another moment of silence between them, while she was obviously trying to think of something to say to him.

"Are you really sure...?" She wondered, and it took him a moment to realize she was just repeating the question from before. "Just ask me, ok...?"

"I think I'll be fine!" Gavin smiled at her again, though he could come up with just a few things he'd like her to do for him one of those days. He was way too much of a gentleman however, and she wasn't quite his yet to ask - if she ever would be. "Perhaps... some other time?"

"Yeah, maybe!" She agreed, and then again tried to figure a way to tell him what he was already fully aware of. "I'm just... not quite sure yet..."

"No, I know." He managed to surprise her again, as if she still couldn't understand how well they actually knew each other. He damn well couldn't read her mind, but she wasn't that hard to figure either. This time he decided she'd been doing enough of the talking though, and stopped her when she gave it another try. "It's about Zack, right? So stop caring about me!"

"This isn't just about Zack...!" She finally told him rather heatedly - after another long moment of silence -, and put his hand back onto her chest while clearly accentuating the first word. "This was between you and me, and had nothing to do with Zack, ok?"

"Yeah, fine..." He agreed, and then hugged her a little harder, before finally helping her back up from the bench. There was just a few things bothering him though, and he wasn't quite sure of where to go with it. "What about Vicky then? Are you still going to vouch for that?"

"Oh, yeah!" She nodded quickly, as if she'd even been expecting that question of him. "They'd still make a nice pair! And besides - I'm not so sure I'd like to win that fight anymore!"

"Well, ok then!" Gavin could just laugh a little in return, and then couldn't help but wonder how he'd managed to get into this mess to start with. Not that he regretted this short time with Chloe, but it sure made it a little more difficult to try and hope for her to finally get through to their old friend Zack, and he also had just one more problem himself. "But, Chloe... Do try at least, and don't wait until everyone else is taken as well...!"

"Yeah, I'll try!" She laughed at him, but then got a little curious gleam in her eye as she must have noticed something on his face. "Oh, really...? Is it someone we know, Gavin...?"

"Nothing I'll ever have a chance at!" He flashed her a soft grin, and then followed her slowly down the path back towards the lake. It was obvious she was having her suspicions though, and it wasn't long before she glanced back into his eyes again.

"Do you want me to vouch for you...?"

"After seeing how much we've been helping Zack so far...?" He grinned at her softly. "I'm not so sure that's a good idea..."

"Fair enough!" She giggled, but decided to at least keep that thought in her mind. Managing to get Gavin a girlfriend could well prove even harder than getting Zack together with Vicky. But then again, now she knew what he could do with his fingers at least...
