Hizz saw this goblin nest as a rare opportunity; he saw it as a chance to create a new wave that would shake the world through this green tide and give him the army he had been seeking. However, Hizz couldn't just take his new elite troops in and subjugate them; the goblins would sooner die than follow him, or they would quickly betray him once his back his turned. If Hizz wanted to control them, he needed a force unlike any other; he needed to set up a form of leadership that could keep these soon-to-be gender-bent goblins in line. Hizz's solution to this problem was the Goblin Triad, three goblins leading this group, destined to grow like never before, and take this hoard to new heights.

To do this, Hizz and his party were able to get in there and disarm the goblins, beating them down and locking them up. Since they weren't killing the goblins, it took them almost two days to get them all, but once they did, the 'experiments' could begin, with Goblin Slayer by their side.
