Sue Should Add Some Fake Piercings

Dr. Stone's dress was conservative today. A deep burgundy jacket and matching skirt that didn't quite reach the knees, and heels of the same color. Her hair was in a tight bun, and she listened to Sue Storm's story with calm detachment. It was only at the end that the psychiatrist gave a slow smile.

"Sounds like a good start," Dr. Stone said.

Sue blinked.

"Start? I can barely sit down! He fucked me raw!" the heroine said.

"And that response is very positive," Dr. Stone said. "It shows that the approach is working. But I think you can go further."

"Further?" Sue's eyebrows rose. "He came inside me! If it wasn't the wrong time in my cycle—"

Dr. Stone waved her hand. The psychiatrist looked toward the window, and for a moment her glasses seemed to catch the light.

"You love your husband," she said. "You want to keep him happy. But you need to be happy too. We need to find a way for you both to achieve sexual satisfaction in your marriage. The temporary tattoos are a good start, but from what you've said, Reed's interest isn't just about your physical appearance. It's about the narrative."

She turned back toward Sue, and now her glasses seemed to be twin circles of light that made Sue close her eyes, and left afterimages in the dark behind them. The Invisible Woman sank into her chair as the gravimetric wave emanating from Moonstone knocked her brain into a suggestive state.

"He wants a slut in the sack. A whore in his bed. You can be that for him. Play to the narrative. He gets off...and he will, in turn, get you off."

Dr. Stone took a box from her desk and pressed it into Sue's unresisting hands.

"Snap-on piercings," she said. "Let's see how Reed responds to these. If it works, there is a path forward for both of you..."
