Meet Namorita

CHAPTER 14

Shortly thereafter, New York received another unexpected visit from Atlantean. Namorita, Namor's cousin, managed to escape from an Atlantean penal camp and now also sought refuge in the Baxter Building.

"I see you didn't let anything burn," grinned the blue-skinned Atlantean when she saw the heavily pregnant Sue.

Namor actually let that go, just when The Invisible Woman had hoped he would show his rough-and-tumble ways, as he usually did.

"I'm Susan," she introduced herself.

Namorita said something in Atlantean, and Namor smiled painfully.

"What?"

"Nothing. I'm Namorita. The black sheep of the royal family."

"You're the black sheep?" Sue asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Welcome to the family," the Atlantean said, hugging Sue.

At first, Sue was happy that Namor had finally found someone from his homeland, but she quickly realized why Namorita was called the black sheep. She was even more nonconformist than her cousin. While not as hot-tempered and domineering, when it came to partying, she carried the torch herself and could handle more **** than the all-powerful Thor, the Incredible Hulk, and Hercules combined.

She single-handedly filled the gossip press with her long, debauched party nights, her changing partners, and the scandals of flying drunkenly through the 14th floor of a skyscraper or waking up naked, hungover, on a billboard in Times Square.

All of this burned holes in the Fantastic Five's coffers, which naturally led to further arguments with Namor, Reed, and Ben. Even though Sue couldn't handle Namorita's ways, she was part of the family and always sided with the Atlanteans. Johnny spent more and more time with Crystal. Then the time had come, and Marvel's First Family grew...
