97th Academy Awards

Alex was terrified of his new powers! He had absolutely no idea what to do. He could do whatever he wanted with any woman in the world. But was that ethical? Couldn’t he do better things? Theoretically, he could, for example, eliminate hunger, but what would happen if he did? Would more food magically appear? Or would people simply stop feeling hungry while still needing to eat? He thought for a long time, sketching out plans on paper until he finally gave up. The TV had been playing in the background for a while, but only now did he notice that the 97th Academy Awards were on! Alex didn’t recognize many of the actresses, but they were all dressed so elegantly, radiating happiness in their fortune-worthy gowns, while he was trying to fix the world. He knew what he would do.
