Error 404 - Slime (Tentacle warning)

Another change ... a slime ? Seriously ??? A mimic playing a shape shifter, disguised as a smile ??? Let me see ...

Slime ... I like slimes ... they are a wanna be mimic ... with some differences ... They are what they eat ... Literally. Consuming enough adventurers they can even become humanoids ... without the weaknesses. Sounds interesting , and they can return to the slime form ... to pass through narrow spaces. On the other side, they are protected from being blinded, poisoned, or knocked down. Can't suffer from exhaustion, and no magic can put them to sleep. The only downside is the six hours that has to spend completely inactive in order to take a long rest. Like a human, without the problems ... This could be fun ...

My vision is different ... Slimes can see ... more ear noises ... small vibrations to track their enemies up to sixty feet away. Any farther away the world disappears. This can be a problem ... being inside a dungeon will reduce the surprise attacks ... and sloppy humans walking are easy to spot ... Except those with light-feet ...

The attack is simple ... just hug them, and let the acid do the work ... Shields can be a problem ... but taking HP from an enemy by touching them adds some flavour in combats. For some reason my acid looks stronger then the normal slime ... Corroding things is a kind of digestion ... Maybe I can use some of their powers ... maybe ... but the most likely is that they are food ... Movement is also a problem ... maybe I can fall upon my enemies hidden between the other slimes ...
