Teach a class, top grades, early attendance

Lucy didn't want to make it too easy for her genie to escape the situation she was setting up. Turning her notebook away from the genies prying heart-shaped eyes, she added to her 'To Grant' sheet:

-I wish genies were unable to graduate unless they received a 95% or higher in all their classes.

-I wish genies had to arrive at school an hour and a half before the first bell rings.

-I wish genies had to teach a class in 'sexology' in order to graduate.

Satisfied with her new additions, Lucy wrote 'GRANT' at the bottom and circled it, satisfied at the way all the writing on the page disappeared. She turned her attention back to the moaning girl in front of her.

"After completing a negotiation, it is important for both groups to shake to signify satisfaction with the deal. Please turn your attention to the board to your right."

-Wishes will not be made to intentionally mess with Jessica's current friends and family. Future friends made are not covered by this clause.

-Lucy will only say new wishes while Jessica is at school and it is not Monday.

-Any wishes made to change Jessica will only be active while Jessica is at school and it is not Monday. Wishes made prior to the conclusion of these negotiations do not count.

Lucy gains:

-Jessica is unable to drop out of school.

-During the period Jessica is at school, Lucy may say wishes. Any changes made to Jessica will be resumed.

She could tell she was getting fleeced in this deal. There was limited protection for her, and limited reason for her to go through with it anyway. Was it worth it, for the meager concession that her friends would be safe from the wishes? Would Lucy even target them?
