Chapter 230

What is there when the light is gone?
Delilah?
The light doesn't fade it just vanishes and when you look where the two had been all you can see is vague blob. Blinking a few times the blob takes shape. Standing horizontally to you your eyes see that black shoulder length hair, the light skin and mature profile. Chest of more than a handful flat stomach and modest rear with long legs.
"Delilah?" She looked like Delilah but older and you were suddenly worried Eve had gotten a new body without your help.
"Christopher?" She turned to face you. It was Eve's voice that came from her lips and but her eyes were Delilah's, those little red flecks in her iris couldn't belong to anyone else. She smiled and put a hand on her heart. "She's here." Now it was Delilah's voice coming from her lips. She closed her eyes and sighs happily. "Eve's safe."
"What happened?" As you asked that Delilah spread out her arms and red light spread over her body. Rather than Eve's sultry attire this one covered much more skin. Looking more like a loose shirt and knee length skirt than an evening gown. She walked to her discarded clothes and knelt down to fish around in them. When her hand came free it was holding a letter.
"Summer gave this to me while I was waiting for you to come back." With Delilah's voice she showed the letter to you and you saw your mothers hand writing.
'To the daughter in law I would have loved to meet,
Sorry for my son's ignorance, it's not entirely his fault but it's complicated why. You were together thanks to Eve. Christopher has gone back to face her because he isn't sure if he can trust her.
Eve is very scared, very angry, and very alone. If Christopher faces her alone he'll try to help her but she'll leave.
If you want to help him and thank her for getting through to him that you like him, get some clothes on and head to the cave. You'll hear them before you see them.
And remember sharing can be a life-long thing if you don't mind a one time thing, just be yourself and let them know who you are and what you want.
I know you two will be happy together.
Zara.'
You had to give it to your mother, she can write one hell of a double entendre. "Are you ok?" You asked Delilah as you give her back the note.
Rather than answer she leans forwards and kisses you. She is a lot less shy than usual and smiles as she pulls back. "We are." She presses her forehead against yours. "I don't have to get on my toes to kiss you now." She chuckled happily and pecked you softly.
"Is Eve in there with you?" You aren't sure how this works and you're still a bit worried for her. Delilah lifts up the letter showing you the back of it.
'They'll be fine my son. Thank you for saving Eve. Told you I was proud.'
You held the note. In a weird way this does in a way feel like you are getting to know your mum, at least a little. You do however have just so many questions. "What now?" You asked Delilah as she pulled away from you.
"I'm hungry, I haven't eaten anything in centuries, though your cum was nice." At the last part Eve's voice took over. Delilah blinked and cleared her throat as she blushed then looked at your lower half. "I can remember both angles." Her smile was broad then got a bit shier. "Of everything." She looked at her own lower half.
Well she seemed ok. "Let's get back to the estate." You took a step in that direction when Delilah stopped you.
"We need to go back to the cavern." Delilah said with Eve's voice and took a step before looking back at you, "We shouldn't leave her there."
You nod at her and together you walk back to the cave. Before you can throw out a light Delilah's dress glows bright enough to lit up the darkness. She catches your eyes and with Eve's voice she says. "It was dark when you left." The smile and wink made you smile and you kissed her. A smile broke out on her face as she blushed. "We can do that more right?" You chuckled, Delilah was still in there.
The two of you walked into the cave and towards the cavern. Making the final turn you into the cavern you don't see any difference from the last time you were hear. The pool was still there the crystals were still glowing white, the flowers were still lining the water.
Delilah walked into the water, her dress scattering as it touched the water. You looked at the bottom of the pool and saw the only difference. Before water had been rising up from cracks but now there was none. Delilah looked over to you and offer her hand. You joined her in the water and together you looked at the deepest part. Suddenly it split in two. You didn't even notice Delilah activating her magic.
You weren't one to be left out and used your magic to excavate the bottom of the pool. You worked in silence, pulling dirt out and following Delilah's lead leaving the dirt out of the way, disturbing the water and flowers as little as possible.
When she stopped you looked down. It looked like you hit stone a bit ago from the rubble. She knelt into the water and took a breath. Diving beneath the surface she pulled herself into the space you excavated. You wait for her next move keeping an eye on her in case she waved for help. She rested her head on the bottom of the stone for a moment before it split open.
There was a body laying there, what was left of it. The only bone that looked intact was the skull, every other was either broken or missing parts, you doubted that damage was the result of time. Delilah picked up the skull and came up to the surface. When she broke the water and lifted the skull up water fell out of it, it looked like tears but not sad ones.
"I'll get the rest." You say to Delilah as she hugged the skull to her chest. She nodded and climbed out of the water.
Picking up the bones took a time. You didn't have any trouble holding your breath for extended periods. A weird thing you can credit spending all that time between women's thighs with. The gathered bones were left before Delilah. She was sitting on the floor hugging the skull to her chest throughout your retrieval.
When everything was gathered you got out of the water and helped Delilah up. You gathered the bones and together you left. At the mouth Delilah stopped and looked back. "You ok?" You asked her.
"It's weird. I've only seen it from this angle when I was brought it, I never thought I'd be leaving." Eve said though Delilah. "Well you're with me now, we can go where we want." Delilah said to her.
"Wanna cave it in?" You asked checking the walls and ceiling. You should be able to bring it down pretty quickly, though you don't know if the rest of the cave system will survive intact.
"No." Eve said. "The flowers need a place to grow." Delilah said point at the plants then resting her head on your shoulder. "And we'd rather remember it as where we had our first time with you."
You smile and kiss her making her beam at you. "Where to now?"
She looked at the skull in her arms. "Somewhere she can see." She started walking. Considering that Eve was now inside, or a part of, Delilah the skull as just a bone at this point. But you were hardly going to point that out so you both left the cave behind.
When you reached the outside Delilah breathed deeply. "There is good." She pointed to the top of the cliff. "Can you help me up?" She gave you a sweet smile.
"Be right back." You used your magic to jump up the cliff face. At the top you made sure there wasn't anything to take the bones away and left them there to jump back down. "Delilah?" You held out your hands and she slid into them leaving the skull in her lap and hugging her arms around your neck. "I like being held like this." She added before you jumped up.
Delilah kissed you and stepped out of your arms. She left the skull with the bones and started collecting some stones. You help and when you had gathered enough she used her magic to assemble them into a cairn. She took the bones and placed them into the structure and left the skull to look out over the forest. The cliff was above the canopy so it was quite a view. You could even get a glimpse of the family estate from here.
Magic gathered and you looked to see the stones of the cairn shift turning into the same glowing crystals in the cavern. When she was done put a Koilio flower at the foot. "These flowers are rare, they can grow anywhere so long as the ground is watered with wraith tears." Eve said. "When they are plucked they never wilt." The ground around the flower turned to crystal sealing it in place. She stood to your side and rested her head on your shoulder again. "I've been missing the stars so much." Eve said then Delilah sighed, "We can watch them whenever you want."
You and Delilah hugged looking out over the forest and the night sky. "It's getting late, we should head home before they start worrying." You say. "Also I am very naked and want to get some clothes."
"Awww." Delilah moaned sadly. "I'm hungry." Eve said excitedly.
You laughed wondering if this is how the two of them will be doing this forever. "Lets get some dinner." Delilah squeezed your side then let you pick her up and jump down the cliff face. As you let her down you took the chance to squeeze her ass making her smile shyly. "Is anyone going to notice me like this?" She looked down at herself and her new much more impressive assets.
"I've no doubt my mum left another note for just that purpose." You said as the two of you walked home.
Was there a note or are there some questions you need to answer?
