What the hell is going on?
A girl cries
He starts walking towards her, she notices him, turns red, and scurries around the corner.
“Bonnie wait!” He watches her rush into the theater room where the players get changed and relax. Not need to rush, she’s not going anywhere.
He knocks on the door to see if she’s alone. Not a peep. Be brave Watson. He opens the door and closes it behind him. Bonnie is sitting on the ground in the corner, her head between her knees, sobbing. He slowly sits next to her, side by side, not saying a word. After about a minute she looks up at him with a tear-stained face and collapses into his arms.
She lies there for a while. Still. Safe. Exhausted. Watson loved holding her. Her petite figure fit so well in his arms. It felt good to be trusted, it felt good to be needed. Some time later she sat up, wiped her eyes, and looked at him.
“Watson.”
“Yeah?”
“Why? What could you—”
“I feel like we have a connection, Bonnie. A weird one for sure, but there’s something there.”
Bonnie leaned in and kissed him desperately on this lips. She wrapped her arms around his neck and flung herself onto him. They kissed like lost lovers.
“I’m sorry about earlier. You can see, clearly, I have some issues.”
“Who doesn’t.”
“Well, you seem to be phased by absolutely nothing.”
“Yeah but just wait till I kill you in your sleep, then you’ll see.”
She giggled and kissed him again.
“Thank you so much for cuddling me, I do have to go though.”
“Oh, okay.”
“So, you’re not going to ask why I was crying?? Who are you.” She stood.
“Clearly you’re not ready to tell me, so it’s okay.”
She grabbed his phone and put her number in it. “Text me.” She said and with one last kiss on the cheek she left the room.
