Back to the office

You make your way back to your desk. Entering the office without a word you walk past Kent and Mark gives you what might be a knowing smile. You just nod and give a default smile as you sit back at your PC, taking a moment to fix any dishevelled hair or substandard apperance in the office mirror. You fire up your list again. What next?

Michael (Apt 47), Michael is an older guy, late forties, lives alone, unmarried, tall with sharp cheekbones and brown hair greying from the sides. He normally like to make complaints and doesn't so much need them solved as he needs the Bulding Manager to submissively apologise and... make it up to him. You've played this game a few times before and it's always been a good time for both of you.

-Dear Building Manager, Please come at your earliest convenience, my lightbulb (kitchen, left most) is subtly flickering in a most concerning way, I assume the bulb and possibly the whole wiring was put in by frankly rank amateurs and I'll need this to be resolved before I am electrocuted in my sleep. Kelly (Apt 32), Kelly is a student, early twenties, technically renting with a roommate who is never around, on account of her functionally living with her boyfriend across town. She's short with a bubbly body and personality to match, long blonde hair, recently she's called you over repeatedly in states of undress while 'trapped' in some bizarre scenario where she'll admit she can escape only after you've fucked her, she's very submissive and always happy to return the favour though.

John and Luna (Apt 7), John and Luna are a couple, Luna is late 20s, John about 30, she's short and slim, red hair normally in a braid, beautiful smile, he's got a bit of a dad bod, reddish brown hair and big hands that look used to putting up shelves. They only recently moved in and haven't sent anything but you wanted to pop by to welcome them so had made your own note.

-Pop by to welcome John and Luna, invite them to the full benefits of tenant outreach program, see what sort of activities are new couple are into

Anjum (Apt 58), Anjum is about 40 and a lawyer, she's tall with long straight black hair, average build but with an insane rack. She's lived here for a while, she's a single mum with 2 kids, and very much a MILF, every other week the kids are at their dads. She's very dominant and when you call on her it can sometimes feel very business like the efficiency with which she uses you. Which isn't to say she isn't gentle, she just, cuts straight to the chase.

Christian (Apt 12), Christian is in his early 20s, dark skin and black hair cut very short, clean shaven tall and fairly muscular but not to a body builder level. Despite the initial shy impression he gives is very friendly, with almost puppy dog sincerity. You've flirted and made clear your intentions but he so far has been too shy for it to get much further although from the way he looks you know he's interested. Might be that he could use some firmer guidance this time.

Orlando (and Jenna), Orlando is in his mid thirties with messy black hair and stubbly but in a way that suggests he forgot to shave rather than intentionally, he's lived here about a year and has mostly kept to himself, he works some sort of data analyst job remotely. However recently Jenna has moved into the building, she's 21, south asian with long straight black hair, B cups and a trim but muscular build the floor above Orlando and (most problematically) she's a dancer. This means she's often playing music very loudly and practicing meaning she'll often be hitting the floor pretty hard, she's also fairly... promiscuous and loud in her lovemaking so Orlando's issues and resentment have been building up.

-She is at it again! She's clomping around up there and the bass is thumping away and I am trying TO WORK! And last night while I was trying TO SLEEP! She was screaming again and the bed was thumping into the wall and I saw her and the guy in the elevator and it was not the guy she was calling Daddy on Wednesday that's for sure! Can you PLEASE! DO! SOMETHING! Surely you can evict her for this?

The office, Kent and Mark have, you are pretty confident, frankly overwhelming levels of sexual tension, it might be important for you, as their boss, to try to encourage some actualisation here. Just for the sake of your work environment of course. And it's not like they're unattractive and you wouldn't enjoy watching them. Or being sandwiched between them. But mostly for efficiency reasons.
