Times up...
Florida
He quickly typed his change and hit "Submit" as the timer hit forty-two seconds remaining:
"Emily Dallient was born in Florida."
As he turned his chair around, leaving his phone on the desk in front of his keyboard, Sean wasn't quick enough to see the change this time. By the time he locked his eyes on the back of her head, the only thing he could tell was that her hair had changed styles. His worried expression went from intense, to confused. From the back it just looked like Emily's hair had gone from straight and jet-black to wavy and jet-black. Her typing never slowed and she seemed just as intent on getting that report done for David before he walked in the office.
Sean tried to look at some things on her desk to see if anything changed. He couldn't tell right off the bat, so he decided to just strike up some small talk.
"So...did you have any good whiskey last night?" He knew it was a lame way to start a conversation, but it was all he could think of since he was still running on an adrenaline high from the timer running. His dark haired coworker turned around with the same annoyed look on her face, but it wasn't the same face. And when she spoke, her voice was less high and tinny and more breathy.
It was clear from the dark brown eyes and black hair that this was still his familiar coworker...but she was definitely not Asian anymore. Nor was she skinny, either.
As her chair turned, Sean got to see her in motion. Her face was less slim and more rounded, heart-shaped. Her almond eyes were replaced with wide, liquid pools of rich chocolate. They were bright and expressive. Her nose was a bit wider, but it didn't look out of place. Emily's lips were much fuller now and covered in a layer of soft pink gloss. Her dark wavy hair fell across her shoulders as it cascaded down to the middle of her back. When she was squared up with Sean, he could tell that she'd gained some serious curves. Curves that looked dangerous...especially with the look on her face, "What did I tell you about that? Don't. Ask." Her eyebrows rose and her darker tanned skin seemed to flush at the memory of something. Her husky voice sounded seductive and Sean could tell that she was much more Latina in heritage now. In fact, now that she had turned around, he could see the nametag on her desk: Maya Hernandez. Emily...now Maya, continued, "Besides, you know I hate whiskey. It was wine and tequila shots.
Maya stood up and stretched before walking off in the direction of the bathrooms. Before she passed Sean's desk though she said, "I know you're my work bestie and everything, but I really don't want to talk about it, OK?" Her tone was more serious and imploring. Sean nodded and smiled. "I'll leave it alone Em...er Maya." Maya frowned in confusion before shrugging and walking off. As she did, Sean couldn't help but notice that in addition to a nice set of boobs, her ass was plump and round...the perfect bubble butt. He could tell because she was still squeezed into Emily's same style of dress. With more curves to show off it looked much more enticing.
When Maya had walked off to the bathroom, Sean opened his phone and saw the change in the history log: "Maya Hernandez was born in Florida."
