You start the exam

Shortly after, the teacher's assistant, Patrick, walks around the room with a stack of papers. He leaves one on each desk. Your heart beats loudly as he approaches you, but if he notices your extra-tight shorts, he doesn't show it. He gives you a small smile and hands you the exam booklet before moving on. Once all exams are handed out, the teacher gives a brief explanation on what to do and signals everyone to start.

You open the booklet and are delighted to see a question that you've prepared for. While you hadn't studied as much as you planned (blushing as you think of what you did instead) you still felt okay to take the test. You hold your pencil to the page and begin.
