"I've not even decided if I will marry her" you admit.

There is a tap at the door.

"Enter" King Pierre says.

In comes a blonde girl about your age with blonde hair and an ornate blue dress.

"Bonjour, Your Majesty" she curtsies. "I am Elodie, palace lady to Princess Madeleine. I am here on the behalf of the Princess to extend to you an invitation to dine and share wine with Princess Madeleine"

"I still don't see what I have to gain from this" King Pierre muttered.

A man in luxurious furs enters. He is tall and well-muscled with ginger hair and a beard. Behind him is a confident ginger-haired woman and a blonde woman with warpaint.

"Prince Donald and Princess Kara, I presume?" King Pierre asks. "Also seeking my daughter's hand in marriage"

"Not really, but our father insisted we give the lunatic a chance" Donald says.

"Steady, brother" Kara tells him. "We may need Madeleine's aid one day"

"And the other woman?" King Pierre asks.

"Jana" the blonde says.

You have a chance to get to know both Kara and Madeleine. But if you do decide to pursue Madeleine, you have to convince her father and compete with Donald, though the later seems trivia given his apparent distaste for her.

Just then, Princess Madeleine enters. She is a round faced young woman with red hair.

"You must be Richard" she says, taking her seat at the table.
