Sarah’s words **** the young woman to look her in the eye, shock filling them and not a small amount of anger as the words sink in.

“There are men and women in the galley that will REALLY need your help soon, people that you might be able to save if you stop torturing this poor bastard and save YOURSELF!”

Private Winters lips form a tight thin line as she glances between the whimpering body of Gonzales and Sarah’s face.

For a split second sarah wonders if the medic is going to attack her but just as she begins to prepare for that possibility, the woman raises her hands and slowly backs away from Gonzales who’s far too lost in his own world to process what’s happening around him.

“Fine… but this blood is on your hands… not mine…” she says, her eyes filled with pain as she stares into Sarah’s eyes with open hostility before she exits the room, presumably heading to the galley.

“I’m sorry this happened, son…” whispers Sarah as she takes a scalpel resting on a nearby tray and ends the poor man’s suffering, before glancing across the room one last time and taking her leave back into the hallway.

“Warning; impact with planet in approximately 10, minutes.” States Mother once again, time is short, Sarah might be able to reach one last person or group in time to return to the galley, but it’ll be close.

There’s really only one place left to look, the Engineering Deck, however between the impact and that she’ll going off, conditions will likely be the worst there.
