The Darkness Between The Stars

The universe is a cold, dark place, far from the stars we look to for guidance, the universe is far from welcoming and even still we stepped off our island of tranquility.

We reached out into the dark and thought we were grazing the heavens, thought we were a proud people claiming the galaxy just as we had our sleepy home planet. Little did we know we were a small fish in an infinitely large ocean, an ocean where monsters lurked, waiting beneath the murk of the fathoms.

The galaxy so far as the human populace knows, belongs to the corporations, Weylan-Yutani, Seegson, Hyperdyne, Armat and all the rest would have the galaxy know that they own all things but there power is only lights, their influence only extends as far as greed.

Should that destined **** arrive on earth, no amount of money could stop them from reaping their bloody harvest.

The few who peers past this manufactured facade of the order of things and survive are declared madmen or executed.

These are the stories of those individuals.

The beaten, the broken, the alive.
